We found Caego on VRBO on a Thursday, it showed that they had a room available Saturday through Monday. The calendar showed the room was available so we decided to book. A few hours later we didn't hear anything, we went to bed, woke up, still nothing.In the afternoon it had been over 12 hours and we hadn't heard anything so I decided to call Ceago directly, nobody answered and there was no voicemail.Then late Friday night, as we were packing for our trip they canceled our reservation out of the blue. They said it was already booked for this weekend and asked us to book another weekend.Incredibly unprofessional, I won't make this mistake twice.

Absolutely wonderful place, gorgeous weather, incredible rocks and shells along the beach, creatures galore. 10/10 will go again.

This beach is an absolutely stunning one. The waves were strong. But the beach good for a walk and just listen to waves. Not very kid friendly if the kids like to play with water, but a lot of kids were having fun making big castles. Just loved it.

My absolute favorite beach in the area... Be careful of the waves here though.

What a beautiful place. Great dog beach! A great picnic spot right across from Jenner. Bathrooms and picnic tables. In the summer, get there early as the parking lot fills up.

The waves are powerful and spectacular to witness. A great beach to enjoy the beauty, but definitely not a place to swim.

This unique spot is so photogenic the final scene from Goonies was filmed here. Goat Rock Beach is located near the Russian River, home of the harbor seal and some migrating whales. The sounds of waves crashing against the beach were heard clear from the parking lot. Along the wide sandy beach is where you can see great rock arches and natural coves. The beach is made up of fine dark sand and small pebbles. This is not a place you will want to swim, since the waves are too strong and the sea floor drops deep and fast. During the months of December through April are perfect for whale watching. Dogs are not allowed, because it is home to a colony of Pacific harbor seals. The beach is pretty. While you can't get close you can see harbour seals and a lot of birds on the other shore of the Russian River.

Goat Rock Beach is a beautiful place to visit! Just be careful, the water here is very dangerous... Do not try to wade out into it.

Goat Rock Beach is located in northern Sonoma County near Jenner, California, and the mouth of the Russian River. Nearby are multiple sea sacks, consisting of erosion-resistant greywacke rock. Interestingly, the San Andreas fault runs parallel to the shoreline here. Beautiful spot for a picnic lunch.

I visited at the end of August. Great beach combing for rocks, which I think may change seasonally. A nice chilly spot for picnic. There are signs on the bathroom warning you not to get into the water and identify this as one of the most dangerous beaches in CA due to sneak waves. Tide was coming in while we were here so we were very careful. There was a nice spot with low tide where the boulders were exposed and you could see some beautiful starfish.

Beautiful location with lots to see. Roads in are narrow and in some areas there are huge pot holes. Definitely worth driving all the way in and working your way backwards. Bathroom are available in many locations.

Hearing people talk about Brassfield and actually going to the winery are two very different things; the rumors and pictures, though raving and amazing, don't come anywhere near doing it justice. It's close enough to the highway to be accessible but far enough away that you feel like you're tucked away in your own corner of the world (with the most amazing wine and people). It's not just a recommendation, it's a MUST VISIT in wine country.

Gorgeous property, relaxing, sunny, full of wildlife. Their wine is really good- crisp, bright whites and reds with just the right balance of tannins. We lingered over a tasting, met a baby owl, got to know Marlana and learned about the area. Highly recommend to anyone who loves wine tasting, or anyone new to that experience! They’ll take good care of you.

Some of the best wine I've had! Carolyn was our wine host and she was absolutely lovely. She was very informative and elevated the experience for us. Everybody on staff that we encountered was very friendly. The scenery and estate were absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely be sending people to visit and making many return trips.

World famous whale watching site. Northward migration is starting now, so head out there if you can. In addition to the whales, you can see harbor seals, sea lions and sometimes otters swimming by. Also a great birding location. Easy access, parking, and restrooms, but you might want to avoid weekend days when it is super hot inland because it gets way too crowded.

This area has the coooolest coastal hike, and you can totally make it your own with all the little trails and offshoots throughout! Sweeping views of the coast, ocean, beaches, and town of Bodega Bay. We had the best time - hiked for about two hours (a slow hike with lots of photo breaks and lots of digging in the sand on the beach 😊). Would absolutely recommend making this a stop on your trip!

My wife and I have been coming here for years, and the view never gets old. The experience is refreshing and delightful every visit. The parking lot can be extremely crowded, but the trails and the beach are always a pleasurable and seemingly secluded adventure to relax and enjoy the endless views of the Pacific. The beach can be sketchy to get to, but is never crowded and as long as the tides are out it's a wonderful time.

An excellent place to park your car and soak in the beauty of the ocean. There’s also a moderate gravel walking path beside the cliff edge, overlooking the ocean. The walk continues on through a deer and spring flower filled meadow.I would caution taking toddlers and young children without complete attention and supervision over them.

A perfect getaway for the bay area people. The view of the pacific from the Bodega head is just magnificent. There is also a small 2 mile trail on edge of the cliff which I just loved it. Great place to fly drone, take some good pictures and relax! Yes, there is a restroom and a big parking space.

We visited Bodega bay last weekend and enjoyed hiking on the bodega head trail. The hike is easy with plenty of scenic views along the way. There are benches along the way to sit and enjoy the view. Can hear the water all along the hike. Parking is easy to get and the sunset view is beautiful. I would recommend this place to everyone. We also spotted a deer on our way back near the parking area.

Stunning views from this trail! Felt like I was in a classic novel from Cornwall while taking in the sound of the water crashing against the rocks and the fog rolling in…The wildflowers were so pretty and smelled divine! It was definitely a highlight on our journey to experience this hike 🙏🏻

Stunning bluff top vista's make this my ultimate coast destination whenever my wife and I drive out to Bodega Bay from Santa Rosa. Bodega Head is a small promontory on the Pacific Coast with cliff trails, beach access, abundant sea birds, and migrating whales that define scenic beauty.

Nice beach great views and parking seemed pretty easy to fine no trouble.Went during King Tides so I got to see a different side of the beach and it was definitely worth going during that time.

Down by the seashore at Bodega Head, Bodega Bay, CA. Waves splashing, crashing, shaping the shoreline. Seabirds soaring, circling above. Sunsets painting the western horizon golden and pink. Bright sunshine and warm sand between your toes. The surf is dangerous for those daring to stick there feet in the oncoming waves the sculpt the shoreline at Bodega Head. Even with inland temperatures at 3 digits the brisk Pacific Ocean afternoon wind chills to the bone the poor souls forgetting to bring a warm jacket.

AMAZING is an understatement!!The entire experience was phenomenal. The staff designated to our group was very helpful & cheerful, made the entire time fun and exciting. We felt safe & were able to enjoy every minute! My family and I will be going back for a night time zip lining adventure!

We went on the “Forest Flight” course. It was a fun experience plus our guides Geetha and Sophia made the experience way more fun. They were super helpful and they educated us very well about the redwood trees. They were great guides. The scenery was incredible while we were zip lining. The view of the valley was breathtaking.

It was such a great day to experience this the first time! And we had a blast! 😀 there will be heart dropping moments, but I promise! It's all worth it! Our guides made us secure and safe up there and they made sure we are all havin fun!

I can not thank the folks at Sonoma Zipline adventures enough. The experience was great - but what was even more amazing was watching the guides work with my autistic son to make him comfortable. They built trust with him right away, and were gentle, supportive and kind... helping him to complete the entire course and have a blast in the process.

My sister and I came for our first zip line experience and it was great! We had Aiden and Sebastian as our guides and they helped us have a fun experience. Being up in the trees is so serene and peaceful. I felt secure and safe at all times. Longest zip line in NorCal with amazing views, just take it in and breathe.

The best and longest zipline in Northern California hands down! Had a blast here. The instructors Santana and Maria were dope and very easy going.

With a couple of zipping options, we chose the Tree Tops Tour and had a blast! Our leads were detailed, helped every step of the way where necessary &/or needed, complete with purposefully corny jokes! While all zip line tours seem to end far too fast, I def recommend this specific tour if you want to experience the fullness of the Redwoods! There are some steps to climb in the beginning, which may be challenging to some, but other than that, easy-breezy! Plenty of parking, drinks avail before and after the tour. If you want to bring your camera, wear a fanny pack or have a spot where it's secure! If you drop it...well, it's just gone!Have fun!!

Incredible experience! We did the overnight treehouse stay with ziplining and had the best time. The staff from the guides to the hosts were all wonderful. Treehouse was very comfortable with all the creature comforts. The food was really, really good as well.

This was a great adventure! I found out I wasn't afraid to zipline and really enjoyed it, the scenery was beautiful, the tree house was adorable, and the staff was SO welcoming and fun. Bruce and Collin were great tour guides! We did the treehouse adventure. There are 7 ziplines the 1st day along with a very short hike to your tree house. You are served a big dinner. The next morning you are greeted with a big breakfast and do 7 more ziplines down to the entrance. There you pick up your bags, buy any pictures they took of you on the ziplines, and tip your guides.

I’ve been visiting this place for years. My trip on Sunday to Redwood Alliance Ziplinjng was the best experience I’ve ever had thanks to 3 exceptional staff members. All staff members that I encountered were great but Olivia, Micah, and Amelia stood out beyond compare and made my experience so memorable. I was the only person on my tour and they treated me to an upgrade to the longer course. Micah and Amelia were my guides and were filled with great nature facts and witty jokes. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a good time. All 3 staff members absolutely deserve a bonus or recognition of some kind.Without a doubt, I will be returning and specifically requesting Amelia and Micah as guides, and hope to see Olivia in the office! My best experience of all time. I am afraid of heights but still went in because of my wife. The guides were the ones who gave me moral and emotional support and god I loved it. Worth the money!

This was a blast!We did the treetops tour, which includes 7 zip lines and 2 bridges. Fantastic views of the redwoods and an overall thrilling experience. Our group was paired with another family for the tour, and we all went through the course together. The ziplines are smooth, and I felt safe the whole time with our guides, Bruce, Anna, and Steven, who were all great!

Great time... Scared at first, especially being scared of heights, but the guides made us feel relaxed and allowed us to take our time. We did the Forest Flight line (200 feet) and was very comfortable once I got the hang of it and the fear subsided. Please tip your guides.

This was the scariest, most beautiful, fun experience. I have a height fear, but our guides, Brian & Dario were amazing! I feel they made the experience wonderful & I loved it.The treehouse overnight was great too. I was sad that we couldn't do the next days zip lines, but someone in our party of 4 (not me) got motion sickness sleeping on the top bunk & we had to leave. Oh my, who would've thought. Great experience! Spent the afternoon zip lining then stayed overnight in the treehouses which were lovely. Dinner was brought to our treehouse & the food was excellent. Sitting out under the stars was incredible. After a lovely breakfast we then did the larger zip line course which was such fun. The hosts & guides were all superb & made the whole experience unforgettable!

We stayed in the Ocean treehouse last week and everything was so wonderful! Ziplining into our treehouses with Angel and Simon was a blast - their energy was so much fun and they were very knowledgeable about the nature and the ziplines. Tim provided us some much needed water after our ziplining adventure and showed us to our yurt. Santana was an excellent host that evening making sure we had everything we needed and even gave us some recommendations of things to do during our drive along the coast.Our charcuterie board, snacks, water, dinner and breakfast were all delicious and such a surprise when you are staying in a treehouse.The next morning Eve made sure we knew our times to zip line out and when to get our luggage set out. Our morning zipline was a blast with Gita, Madhi and Todd was great too - Todd and Gita’s energy was so awesome and Madhi was so nice and was constantly smiling.I would recommend this experience to anyone that is heading to the Sonoma area - it is definitely something we will remember.

Wow! I am still on a high from yesterday's Tree Tops adventure (pun intended). At the beginning, I was nervous, but the beauty of the forest and the fun of zipping quickly put me at ease. I was very impressed with the processes that ensured our safety and the care by our guides, Aidan and Dan, to keep us safe; even though there was much laughter and talking, our guides were ALWAYS focused on the equipment. Our group developed a fast camaraderie, which was really nice.Being up in those peaceful treetops was incomparable, and I plan to go again in future. I highly recommend, *as long as you are comfortable with heights*. This is not for the meek, but if you are feeling brave, it is so worth it.

Had an amazing experience doing the Tree Tour tour with my mother. For Mothers Day! The zip course was great. Having ziplined before in various locations, it was unique to get above the canopy as you do along the zip course here. The long zip route (shown in video) was the main interest in coming here and it did not disappoint! The guides (Bruce & Alex) were genuinely funny and great hosts. Was very clear that safety was a priority for them. Would love to return here!

I’ve loved Jordan wine ever since one of my old managers introduced it to me at 15 years ago. However, I haven’t been able to visit the winery until just recently this month. We recently did the Estate Tour and Tasting. This tour was unbelievable to say the least. The grounds are gorgeous, the food was delicious, and of course the wines tasted were impeccable. I highly recommend to anyone that’s had and loved the wine. The tour could be double in price and it would still be worth doing. I mention this because we did some much higher priced tours and they barely touched the level of experience we had here. One of best parts was meeting John Jordan at the end of our tour. Thank you for an amazing experience.🙌

We did the library tasting. It was pretty good. Beautiful place. I would have appreciated more information about the wines we were tasting. A final splash of your favorite wine would have been a nice courtesy, especially when your group purchased over 600 dollars in wine bottles. I think they can improve on that.

Having enjoyed their wines in the past, we'd been wanting to visit the winery for some time. We booked the Winery Tour & Tasting with the hopes that the typical February weather would not "dampen" our experience. As it turns out, we could have not been more pleased! Christine was an excellent host. Her style put us at ease and encouraged a fun and informal discussion about the history of Jordan, the inner workings of the winery and, of course, their wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. And to top all of this off, the food pairings were amazing! Definitely a top tier winery experience. We can't wait to return during the summer months to try the estate tour and other featured events!

This is what I got from the tour guide whose name is Michael. I paid 55usd for the tasting for two cups of wine. It is so obvious that he poured so little. Ever a guy sitting next to me offering to exchange his wine with me. But our tour guy didn’t even offer to pour more until I asked. I’m pretty sure he noticed it is not enough. I was waiting for him to offer me but I didn’t get anything until I ask for it. I just feel disappointed for this tasting.

Lovely winery and vineyard. The place has an incredibly peaceful vibe to it, and the music choice is perfect. They are some Italian/French cafe songs. Decent amount of parking here. It's a shame they ripped the vines off of the building, during the fall the leaves all turn red and it looks incredible.

Molly was our awesome tour guide and led us through the Winery tour followed by a seated tasting featuring generous pours of two Chardonnays (2015, 2020), and two Cabs (2015, 2018) and cheese and small bites for pairing with the wines. They even features estate grown olive oil. The wine and food tasted great and the scenery was hard to beat. They were accommodating of our vegetarian diet and also had a delicious non alcoholic beverage option. Highly recommend and would visit again.

This is gem of a winery with beautiful scenery and buildings as a bonus. They specialize in Alexander Valley Cabernet from their Estate Vineyards and Chardonnay that they bring in from the Russian River Valley. The result is beautifully balanced wines in the style of Bordeaux and Burgundy with nuanced use of oak. Try their tasting experience, which is made better by great staff to take you on a tour and answer your questions followed by a seated tasting paired with small plates. It was simply excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at the Jordan Winery. The property is gorgeous. In the morning, there is a mysterious fog which covers everything. Our suite was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The undercounter refrigerator was stocked with fruit and water, and there was a bottle of Jordan Winery Chardonnay on the dining table for us. We had the opportunity to have lunch on the outside patio as guests of a private event. Chef did a wonderful job pairing the five course meal with four of the Jordan Winery wines. I really enjoyed the Chardonnay. I hear that the Russian River is close by, unfortunately I did not get a chance to go for a swim. Next time. There is a garden and a bucolic farm on the estate. Ask for a tour.

Jordan has a series of estate experiences for guests. I took the estate tour which included visits to winery, garden, vineyards, and hilltop tasting room. Michael was the host and did a great job of presenting the estate. And....the wine wasn't so bad either! Highly recommend

Jordan Winery is in my top 5 favorite wineries to visit globally. I recently had the pleasure to enjoy their Picnic Lunch Experience and it was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon relaxing on the Estate Chateau lawn enjoying the views, food and wine. Guests were provided with everything needed for the picnic from the moment they arrived. Simply bring yourself. The winery takes care of it all... from the high end blanket, to the picnic basket, to gourmet lunch items to choose from created by the estate chef using local ingredients and of course guests also receive a bottle of wine to enjoy together and a glass of bubbly handed to them as soon as they arrive. Jordan Winery knows how to create a memorable experience for guests!! The service, staff and property is always presented at the highest level of quality. This winery is stunning and such a great tour to be had. The wine is one of a kind. The food pairing was delicious and we enjoyed every dish. So happy they ship wine to Arizona. Lots of great memories were made here and can’t wait to return.

Arrived at 3:30, one hour before closing time with my daughter on Mother's Day after a lovely lunch at Catelli's. Thought a little taste on our way home would be a nice treat. Unfortunately we were met outside by a gentleman and told the last tasting is at 3 and that we should check the website. Apparently reservations are required. We felt very unwelcome. There were no other patrons there so it would have been nice if he had offered to offered to give us a reservation on the spotS

My friends are members. They invited me for a tasting with a food sampling. Eric was our host and he was gracious and very entertaining. I loved their wines and the property is beautiful. I will definitely be back soon!

July 2021 five is hit wine country and Medlock Ames was our first stop! Had a nice tasting, outside in a little grove area, very good time!

Small and chic tasting room. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the wine is excellent. 15 dollar tasting with 5 dollar pairing of local cheeses, I recommend it. Tasting is free with two bottle purchase, get the estate red while it's available.

I’m not sure it’s even possible to have a better wine tour than this place offers. Not only the tour but the quality of the wine and the time they took with our small group to go over everything was exceptional. If you are looking for some huge production facility with props and a massive tour of operations then don’t bother. But the drive out is worth it alone.

Went to their Backyard Nights to have a glass of wine, some food truck tacos and hear the band.Got my glass of rose' for $20, ordered my tacos, and as I waited in 85 degree weather for my food, I killed the Rose' before the tacos came and went to the tasting room to buy another one to have with my dinner. "Sorry we only sell bottles". I said "I'm here alone and just want another glass to have with dinner." I wasn't interested in a bottle because I'll drink the entire bottle and I know better. Just want 1 glass. She said "sorry" and stared at me. I left my glass in the tasting room and said "I guess I'm having water". I kinda hoped someone would catch up to me and say "sorry, here's a glass of ...." but nope. I ate my tacos with wonderful water and said this was a waste of time and drove 35 minutes back to SR.Why 1 star, because it's about the customer experience. Either it's good or it's bad. I left pissed and it doesn't matter why. You have a customer who is alone and doesn't want an entire bottle of wine, you find an accommodation other than "sorry". They could have made an exception, they could have made an exception and sold a glass, offered me a different beverage like a Crystal Geyser, comp me a Rose' (I did pay $20). but the answer was... "sorry, sit outside and drink water". Disappointing

Had a great experience at Medlock Ames this past summer at one of their summer concert events. It was a sunday night and the perfect way to finish off the weekend! Drinks and cocktails being served at the bar and the grill going out back with delicious food. Plus you are in the heart of the countryside so the views all around are amazing.

We enjoyed a quick visit to the Potter Schoolhouse, the location from the movie, "The Birds". It seems to now be the residence of a local family, so unfortunately, it's not possible to take a tour, but we enjoyed both seeing the house as well as the historical aspect, and with there being so much else to do in the Bodega Bay area, a quick stop at this location is just right.

A must see to fully enjoy the Nostalgia of the Alfred Hitchcock movie "The Birds"

The Birds!!!! This is one of the few iconic locations still surviving after the movie was filmed 61 years ago. The restaurant ...burned. The gas station...gone, The phone booth....gone. The pier where Tippy boards the dingy....gone. The house with the dock across the bay.....gone. There are still the descendants of the birds in Bodega Bay and Bodega, but they are somewhat less-menacing than their ancestors. They hardly even tried to pick out my eyeballs :-(

Shaun did a great job with our cave tour! Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff and doggies to greet you - what can be better? Also, it’s nice not to have the pressure for everyone to taste and pay crazy money for the tasting. This visit reminded me why I fell in love with this region 20 years ago!

What a treat in the heart of wine country!I love the accessibility of these wines. Affordable and absolutely delicious. Family owned for so long they can afford to keep their pricing modest.The property is very much a working farm. Often people think of wineries as places only wine happens. This place boasts fruit trees, vegetable & flower gardens, and a culinary staff that uses these offerings to provide noshes for guests during vineyard tours. What a charming place.The wine caves are something to behold. An acre of tunnels loaded with barrels. Interesting to see the difference between the older cave and the connecting newer sections.Our tasting was guided by Pedro. So knowledgeable, studying for his WSET II. I believe he is third generation in his family to work with this family and their wines. That’s some history!

We have visited Alexander Valley Vineyards winery many times over the years. As we live in the area, it has become one of our favorites; especially the rose! Please keep making it! 😁. We finally did the cave tour and loved it. There is some great history and tradition at this particular winery and I hope it's never lost nor forgotten. If you visit, try to take the cave tour, taste a few wines and definitely take a box or two home!

Truly outstanding!! If I could give more stars I would! Pamela helped us with a wine tasting, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different wines, the regions in wine country, and dining in the area. We even got a bonus pour and she pretended that we had a coupon. Along with the samples, we got a glass of Pinot Noir and Rose. Everything is delicious, with my favorites being the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and the Organically Grown Cabernet Sauvignon. You can also walk around the vineyards, which is super cool. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing place! We where lucky enough to stay in the School House on the property. It was such a special visit. The team at AVV was so welcoming and helpful from our perfect private tasting to the restaurant recommendations and the over the top hospitality we received. Also, THE WINE, the wines we tasted (and purchased to enjoy in Chicago) where some of the best, most thoughtful wines I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. We will be back. My favorite highlight was the Vineyard dog, Hatti. She was so sweet and I can’t want to play fetch with her again.

Fun visit during a toasty day in July. Simple and relaxed vibe, tasty wine selection, and interesting tour of the mercifully cool cave. Main callout though is Pedro, the team member who guided our tasting and tour. He was funny, knowledgable, and had a clear passion for the estate and art of wine making.

It’s absolutely beautiful. Everyone, including the pets, were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to setup a tour of the caves. We also had time for a tasting. The selection was wonderful. There were unique items we couldn’t resist in the gift shop. I recommend adding them to your itinerary.

What an incredible experience at Alexander Valley Vineyards! This was a trip we will never forget and have been sharing pics with our friends and family since our stay. We enjoyed the beauty of the property, and had a thoughtfully curated wine tasting, followed by a tour of the wine caves. My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in the 1860’s schoolhouse, which is in the middle of the vineyard, surrounded by their farm, and stunning views. It was a surreal experience! The staff at AVV blew us away with their genuine hospitality and will be a definite destination for us on our returning trips!

Even though this vineyard may be a bit out of the way, it is well worth the trip. The wine was delicious, the tour of the wine cave was fun and informative, and our guide was very knowledgeable. Best of all, the tastings are a bargain compared to the cheap pours and high costs at so many of the other vineyards.The people that worked at the vineyard were all super friendly and knowledgeable about the wine. My family really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it for groups, couples, and even families with children.Thank you for a great experience.

Absolute disappointment in customer service. We flew from St Louis to Reno, drove what should have been a 4 hour trip passing all of these wineries we should have stopped in. But, we traveled through to make sure to get to this winery for 1 of the 4 people dead set on going here! Due to traffic and construction we literally drove over 6 hours straight. We arrived a little before 4:30 and the two young men refused to allow a wine tasting because they closed at 5 and told us to just buy a bottle of wine. I had zero cares of tasting the wine but the importance for the person dead set on going here (why I’m not sure) left in shear disappointment! I went in to see why they wouldn’t allow the wine tasting and their response, we close at 5. Ok that’s 30 minutes from now. Explained the situation and they literally refused. Honestly, I was floored by this. To the owner of this establishment, what a terrible standard to set, if this is the case. How long does it take to taste the 4 different wines? I begged, I pleaded for this friend to no avail.

Lovely setting, you can sit out on their front porch or go inside at the bar, you can order a cheese plate to have with your tasting. The dog is great. The staff is very welcoming and are happy to explain everything to you. Their wines are very reasonably priced.

Very relaxed and beautiful vineyard that is incredibly welcoming and hospitable. My son and I enjoyed time on their porch while I tasted their wines. Then we were both treated to a free cave tour too. My son loved it and I really appreciated being able to have my son join as many vineyards seem to be shutting out those with children. Service was friendly and personable and the wine was very tasty while being reasonably priced.

The quality of ambiance, the quality of wine, but more importantly the quality of the people... make this a remarkable site to visit.

Decades of history, family and beauty surround this estate. . . and when you see it, smell it and taste it, you'll understand why because with history, family and beauty Alexander Valley Vineyards surpasses lovely!! My husband and I visited during harvest in early November [it was our 40 and 10 celebration, my first visit to CA and without the kids!] We saw first-hand what it takes to produce an extraordinary Cabernet! From quality control to pressing grapes and barrel aging in caves, AVV knows how to build character and (to put it simply,) "great wine!" We also had the pleasure of meeting Harry Wetzel, owner and original winemaker at AVV. His casual charm and simplicity - plus those suspenders! - but attention to detail took our breath away! The tasting room was also inviting, serving as a common place to learn and taste all Alexander Valley has to offer. Staff members were familiar with the history of the estate and thoroughly enjoyed sharing in the everyday stories dating back to Alexander himself. We look forward to returning. . . maybe this time we'll visit the old schoolhouse and the special place a top the hill, but until then; sip, savor and enjoy AVV!!!

Absolutely love this wine. I used to live in the house that is now The Tasting Room. Hard to see it being a Vineyard as opposed to an orchard that it was before. But having said all that I love this place the patrons are great the wine is good and it is a very very good time.

Check.Mission/concept: Inspiring: Check.So we headed south. When we arrived to their beautiful facility, we were greeted by Marlyna. Little did we know, our lives would all be changed by our arrival. We had a tasting, the regular tasting flight. Each time this beautiful lady poured into our glass, we got the story about its concept. How it got there, and more importantly, what their intention is. All the while, watching the vineyard's sheep. Because you know, they plant a cover crop. Not sure what that means? Just look it up....As the sun set, we decided... It was time to buy some wine and some merch. Our lovely host took Extra care of each group in her bar. When it was our turn, she topped off our tasting glasses with the particular wine we each loved ( mine was the best one, 😉)Needless to say, we felt so inspired to support not only this winery, but this company's mission: thinking outside the box. Seeing the whole picture and making a difference.We finished our taste, cashed out and headed for the door.With sincere gratitude, our lovely host hugged us like we were family, and off we went.We will be back. Next year, and the year after that, and the year after that.We talked all the way home about how grateful we were for our experience at vigilance winery. This was a pleasant stop. Cache Creek winery has really nicely landscaped grounds. It's spacious and relaxing. Definitely dog friendly (always appreciated). Wine tasting fee included the glass, but no discounts on wine, unfortunately. Still a nice spot to stop and rest.

Stopped on our way to worldmark in clear lake...was a Thursday afternoon so pretty quiet. Great attention from the staff and loved the stories about their wine and the elk. It will definitely be our go to winery anytime we are up that way.Purchased 2 amazing bottles and my friends each purchased a case.The grounds were beautiful and inside wine tasting areas had alot of food choices/snacks to pair with the wine. Moved recently to Lake County. Keep going back to Twin Pines frequently. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. It's not over packed with machines being too close. There is enough room to be able to move around without feeling like you're navigating an obstacle course. The restaurant has a nice menu. The food has been consistently well prepared. We have eaten there numerous times. Not too pricey by today's standards. For some casino entertainment, I would recommend this place. And the gas station located in their parking lot, seems to have the best gas prices around. BIG PLUS!

Great hotel , have been staying here for almost a month... great people at the front desk, lots of parking.... location is pretty desolate, but if that's what you're into then maybe that's great. The casino itself is pretty small and doesn't really have a lot of options for food , fairly heavy cigarette smoke smell on the gaming floor, but I suppose that's normal for a casino

I always have a great time here,I never had the opportunity to stay the night in the hotel but I can only imagine that if I did it would be awesome. The staff are very professional and friendly, I remember I had allot of change and they were cool about it and helped me out so I could exchange it for bills and got back to the slots. I hear the poker tables are the place to be hopefully one day I'll have enough money in my pocket to experience the action.

Easy to say this casino is my absolute favorite place to stay & play slots! The rooms are beautiful and very clean. It’s a good vibe when you walk in, great food options, and good drinks. The staff are ok, I think maybe a little overworked though. I would like to see more staff and waitstaff that bring drinks to the slot areas.

The staff is top notch, and the facility is very clean throughout. I had the steak medium cooked perfectly but was a bit on the chewy side. Played around 1000 dollars and my best hit was 30x. Didn't see one hand pay and I was on the floor 3 hours. Very tight from my little experience. Parking was easy and it was far from busy on a Thursday. Smaller casino, couldn't be more than a few hundred machines. 1 table of black jack and 3 card going.Room is nice, clean, spacious, and stocked with fridge and microwave. Window let's 100 percent of the morning sunlight in so get to bed early. I would come back again for a comped room.

This casino is one of my favorites in Lake County. The employees are awesome and go above and beyond to make the guests comfortable and enjoy their visit. The hotel has great rooms and comfortable beds. There is wheelchairs for guests that need them. The snack shack, restaurant, and bar have delicious food. This is the only casino in the county right now that allows smoking. The new gas station Uncle Buddies, gives you free play when you purchase gas. Twin Pines is an all-around great experience. I have never had a bad trip here. I recommend this casino over any of the others in the county.

It is wonderful how they put out a real nice Thanksgiving Dinner every year! I love how the girl scouts & boy scouts help out. Very Greatfull!!

All Team Members were welcoming and very helpful. Several times during our visit we were asked "please let us know if you need anything or have a question".Slot area clean, seating comfortable and yes we won. Lunch was plentiful and tasty and service very attentive.We visited during annual Craft Fair in the events building which added to a delightful day.Thank-you for a memorable time!

I've been coming to Twin Pines off & on since they were just a one room casino. Being from Napa the trip is a bit long. And honestly I usually the house wins. I must say on my most recent trip with a friend the staff were very nice. I may start going back again,but I definitely think they need to up there free play more. That's were I see a huge difference between all the casinos in CA when it comes to vistors.More free play makes people spend a lot more money and visit more. Free play is key to success for a casino.

I had forgotten my driver's licence there, which was used as my personal ID in order to take advantage of the casino's offer of free gambling money to first-time visitors. When I returned hometo Canada some one month or so later, I realized that it was lost!Just as I fretted about all of the hassle & the expense of securing a replacement, lo & behold I received an unexpected envelope in the mail from the Twin Pines Casino & Hotel ---- one that had my driver's licence inside it...!What a selfless, graceful & appreciative act on their part...THANK-YOU...!BTW, their breakfast menu is delicious, too...!

When we made the reservation, the concierge said she would put us in one of her favorite rooms. She did a great job. The room was large and comfortable. The Casino is located close to where we could visit with family. Amanda in the restaurant was an amazing waitress, whether there were two of us or the seven. The food was good and plentiful. Stayed here while in northern California on business travel. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. If I had to nitpick, the shower was rather deep and hard to get in and out of. I'm not much of a gambler, but I did sit down at one of the tables and had fun. Walked away up!

If you get a card, fun part is you go to kiosk and spin for new member credit rewards. My sis spin wheel and recieved $80 credit. I got $10. Casino is nice

Quaint & cozy casino & hotel.I have absolutely loved each & every room that I have stayed in here at Twin Pines......All of the rooms are very spacious, with a very large & open vanity area, separate from the more private tub, shower & toilet room. The rooms give you with of the rooms are always neat & clean.If you can wait until you arrive here to get your gas or better yet, fill your tank, you will save a bundle & they give you free play for getting your gas herd.Reasonable prices, even if you don't have a free one available.I'm always given a generous amount of free play, despite not being able to come as often as I would like. As well I usually have at least one complementary night stay per month & sometimes that is for any night of the week.

This review is for the casino the restaurant and snack bar. The snack bar has a lot of sandwiches & wraps also things like spaghetti, lasagna,tri tip with veggies. Also a pretty good line up of desserts flavored coffee drinks hot and cold. They are open really late, like 1:30 I think.The Manzanita restaurant. I have eaten there a bunch of times. The food has always been very good. No complaints. Sometimes I'll get a server who up sales everything. I know times are tough. So push the expensive items get a bigger tip. But one server in particular goes hard in the paint. Other than that, very satisfactory.Casino is awesome. They have all kinds of slot machines. Old to brand new. They change them alot. Seems there is always someone cleaning or wiping them down. The casino staff is cool. Security has a big presents. To be expected. If your there for some shady reasons you gonna have your hands full. Back to the gambling I find the slots to be relatively loose. They have a $5 blackjack table later in the night. Always a contest or slot tournament, giveaway, football pool was very good. Lots of other things. Seems like they are always given Freeplay away. Good stuff. Shout out to the gift shop staff all very sweet ladies.I live in lake county so I don't stay there. The rooms are amazing. There some of the most spacious rooms I've ever have stayed in. Bed has to be the best hotel bad I've ever slept on. The pillows may even be better then the ones I own( I'm very picticular on my pillows). The room feels like a suite there so spacious. Location is nice feel as if your in the country. Pulls the small town right next to it is an amazing small town.

The rooms are great, the hotel staff is great, the slots are loose, but the casino staff is ridiculous. If your winning at the tables security harasses you or anyone your with(happened more than one visit), its a small town and god forbid you dance with someone you dont know durring one of the live shows, your liable to be banned bc they are somehow related to security. Now, I knew the area was beautiful, but I wasn’t expecting much beyond pretty scenery and maybe a vineyard or two. Boy, was I wrong!Emerging from the twists and turns of State Route 29, I was greeted by Twin pines Casino & Hotel. Intrigued, I decided to check in and chill out. The place was stylish and charming, and I, being no stranger to casinos, was excited to spot a brand-new Dune-themed slot machine!But the real surprise? A $25 wine pairing event that evening, organized with a local winery. As a former French bank employee turned foodie and wine connoisseur (who still enjoys a good beer), I thought, why not?What a treat it turned out to be! The event was intimate, the crowd was awesome, and the hors d'oeuvres were top-notch. Think real crab meat cucumber rolls, crostinis with juicy pulled duck, crispy rice cakes with sashimi tuna, and handmade chocolate truffles infused with raspberry. My taste buds were in heaven!I paired the crab rolls with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, the tuna with a local Merlot, and the duck crostini with a variety of wines, each pairing more delightful than the last. And though I usually avoid sweets, I couldn't resist the truffle that melted in my mouth.Apparently, these wine pairing Fridays are going to be a regular thing. Too bad I'll miss the next one! Theft is not a priority. A casino guest cashed out a my big win when I went to my car to get my phone to take A picture. I asked them to look at the camera and they did, escorted him out and left me with no recourse said tuff you should have watched your machine. I turned the chair around to say hey I'm on the machine. Compt room, great customer service, cool relaxed atmosphere. It's located just outside of Middleton Ca near Clear Lake Ca. We took the scenic route from Fairfield to the back side of Lake Berryessa via Pleasants Valley Rd. It's the longer route, but I love the drive. The shorter route is Wooden Valley Rd towards Lake Berryessa, CA. We got to the Twin Pines Casino on a Thursday morning; early. It's a smaller casino, and the parking lot was nearly empty, which was the point. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is quite cozy with their pioneer theme, which I found to be astetically pleasing. They did a great job with the interior design. Great customer service at both the front desk & cashier. Very nice and welcoming. The room was much bigger and nicer than I had anticipated. If you look at their brochure, don't make your decision based on the photos. You won't be disappointed when you arrive. We had a 1 queen size bed, extremely comfortable. Blackout curtains, the desk, and the telephone had our name on the screen, as well as a separate charging station (not on a lamp)!! I really liked the bathroom design. It's in two sections. Toilet and tub are separate. Deep bathtub, big enough for 2. Complimentary body wash, shampoo, cond, and lotion. Comes with all the usual amenities, fridge, microwave, coffee, blow dryer, ironing board, and Wifi.This casino has new and old style slot machines. They are pretty much the same as any other casino you go these days. There's a gift shop and cafe. Overall, I was very pleased and will be returning.

This places was so much fun. Took my 10 year old for a Christmas present. He loved it! The tour was fun and you get up close to the animals. The tent we stayed in was right across from the warthogs and antelope. Although it was cold outside we stayed warm in the text, thanks to the space heater they provided and headed blankets. Would definitely go back.

I have been here once before, and my family and I really enjoyed it. First off, the food is absolutely amazing. A couple things to note, the food isn't available to people who Haven't made a reservation. Even if you are camping in one of the tents, you still have to reserve dinner. Next, the Rooms are really great. They're a little hot during the summer days, but nights are still a little chilly. They have a heater, but we found it unnecessary. The only thing I would say about the rooms is the water is well water so it smells a little funky. If you're not comfortable drinking well water, buy your own bottles outside of the resort. Activities are definitely one of their strong suites. I have to recommend you buy a Safari in advance (2 months prior to your reservations).Notes on the safari. We brought water, sunglasses, and sunscreen. I highly recommend sitting on the top. If you want to sit on the top, make sure to tell your staff member leading your Safari. I really do recommend this place even though the prices are pretty spendy.

So disappointed! Only a handful of animals on the property. Several in old small cages. Bird aviary tour is short, but I like birds. Our tour guide, Sara did a great job. She was very knowledgeable about the few animals on the property and their history. The park's tour bus fumes will almost kill you they are so strong. No walking by yourself in Safari West. You'd be better off going to your local zoo.

We had a great experience with our 2 year old bud. First we spent the night in one of the tent where you can see the animals from the window and the bed was heated and there is a bathroom attached.We had also the dinner which was like home cooked meal followed by s’mores and that was fun.Then in the morning we had our breakfast and did the safari.The safari itself is amazing and we were so lucky to have our guide Richard he is well knowledgeable man and has a sense of humor. He put all his energy to make sure that everyone enjoy the tour. Totally recommend it!

Safari West was a great experience, one that I highly recommend you experience with your family and friends. The ideal time to spend would include an overnight stay at the nature reserve and a tour during the day. You can spend your extra time during your stay looking at all the wildlife and nature around you. It’s also a great opportunity to go for a nice walk, especially during sunset. During the tour, you can learn about all the animals at the park while going on a nice drive on a van and getting a close look at all of them.

Info on endangered animals was fascinating. Tour guide was great and you could tell the staff really care about the animals and birds.Very hot weather that day. There were multiple water stations with ice cold water available.Worth the price for animal lovers!

We had a Talk nerdy to me tour with Miranda; We had a cheetah encounter with Veronica; And we had a rhino encounter with Kellen;These private tours were amazing. I highly recommend them. And I commend these three employees for making such a great impression on myself and my husband. A friend and I enjoyed a tour last week. It was a wonderful opportunity to capture some great shots of animals and learn more about them from the tour guide. I lived in Santa Rosa for 25 years and drove by the place hundreds of times but never went. What a treat!

I was super excited to take my daughter here but mildly disappointed. The 3 hour tour is roughly 2 hours in the Jeep and 1 hour of walking, which you can do on your own. The jeep ride was fun as we sat on top. Our guide was also great. The number and type of animals seen was disappointing. Two Rinos, about a dozen zebras, buffalo, some giraffe and lots of variations of antelope and birds. I expected Hippos, lions and elephants and a bit more African type safari. The walking section is basically a small zoo and doesn't take an hour unless you want a thorough education. Basically an overpriced zoo with a bit of a safari. Money was better spent on a Disneyland ticket. My soon to be 13 year old who loves animals gave it a 7 out of 10. Perhaps younger children would enjoy it more.

Arrived at park without reservation due to not realizing we needed one. Upon approaching the girl at the front desk we were greeted with rudeness. Trying to allow time to see if the attitude would change, I asked if my family could get in later and was given more snark with a price sheet as if insinuating in silence “are you sure you can afford this?”. As another person approached, we were again rudely asked to MOVE aside. It was like torture trying to get out of her another opportunity for us to visit the park. We ultimately decided to leave. Our departing comment from staff was to firmly insist we don’t take it upon ourselves to wander around the park ourselves. SERIOUSLY?!?! Who would do that? For future reference to management, if they bother to read this, I would suggest training the staff to ask in this situation for any other future openings with even a hint of politeness would be helpful. This park may be wonderful, but we will never go back to see after this experience.

This review is for the Safari West African Tour. This was such a great experience! Our tour guide was Kimberly and she was so awesome. She really kept me engaged during the whole tour and I learned so much! She also gave us opportunities to ask questions which just added more to the learning experience. The tour it self is about a 2.5 hour drive where she stops and speaks about the animals/plants in addition to being right in the enclosure with the animals. The second part of the tour was the walking portion where we got to see additional animals and walk through the bird sanctuary. Everything about the tour is spectacular. Kimberly even went as far as getting the kids who were sitting on top an umbrella from another tour guide. That was so sweet of her to go above and beyond. I will definitely plan to come on the different seasons or book an overnight stay. I highly recommend checking out Safari west!

Our safari trip was amazing, fun and your guide Nichole was very knowledgeable and fun! Room on antelope alley was cozy and view great. Fresh fruit plate while waiting for a fun buffet dinner was a nice touch. Smores later in the evening at the grill pit was fun. They have great attention to detail. Highly recommended stay-cation or vacation tour/stay. Newer Automatic gate for the safari vehicles worked perfect!!

Went here on a day trip/standard tour with the family and loved it. It's pretty much like going to your local zoo, but smaller and a whole different experience. You have to book your tour time online, check in at the main office. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour start time. Depending on the guide, you might load up on the visible vehicle right away and do a walking tour of some animals/bird aviary after, or it could be reversed starting order. The vehicles have a top seating section that guest could take turns on if there is more than one group that wants to sit up top. Guides will stop at several locations and talk/give information about animals.

I surprised my partner for his bday, it was a wonderful experience all the way around. Miranda was THE BEST driver/guide, she obviously has passion for the job and is so well informed about all the animals. She answered every question asked and shared some of her favorite things about the animals and working at SW. The tent was great; very clean and though it was cold the heated blanket kept us toasty warm. Highly recommended Safari West!

If your kids are into animals and want to spend the night in a zoo, this is the place! Well thought out preserve. Lots of interesting birds and mammals … the tent was legit - although noisy at night with the traffic mixed with bird sounds (wished the camping section was deeper into the park). All and all, a great experience. I just wish they would update their 1950’s jeeps- the staff knows where I’m going with this one 😉

This is a wonderful family experience. We saw all kinds of animals on the tour: exotic birds, giraffes, antelope, rhino, Impala, zebra, gazelle, and more. Our guide Robert was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. He's worked there for 30 years and answered all our questions. Some of the animals came right up to the truck, making for incredible photo opps. Loved it!

Stayed in the hillside tent and it was tranquil and super comfortable. The bathroom and the tent was quite spacious and the amenities make it feel like truly luxurious glamping.The safari was great too. More kid friendly place than a romantic getaway but still beautiful. Would return even though it’s a little pricey.

I wanted my grandkids to get a taste of what it's like to go to Africa. Safari West exceeded all my expectations. The guides were fabulous! Loved the whole experience. Now I'm sure the kids WILL someday go to Africa and it will bring back wonderful memories of our mini vacation at Safari West. Thank you all! P.S. Took a family tour during a rainy day. Kids had a good time sitting atop the vehicle and got to see a fair number of animals. We were able to get close to the giraffes who were in an enclosure due to the rain. Guides were friendly & knowledgeable.

Great place for the family, especially with younger ones. The tour guides are knowledgeable and very friendly. The yurts are clean and offer a great outdoor experience while keeping the "wildlife" experience. The dinner BBQ was excellent and we definitely had enough to eat.

We came to Safari West for the behind the scenes tour,(which is only available by calling, not available to book online). I was worried it would be too much for our kids, 2 & 4) in way of walking, it wasn't at all and it was easy to push the stroller around.In the behind the scenes tour they allow you to feed some of the animals. Kelsey was great at explaining how to feed them and keeping my very enthusiastic but scared 4 yr old safe and happy (and keeping the animals safe from him).Each person on site was so nice to us and treated us like royalty. I will definitely be recommending this to anyone going to the area.Most of all, the animals seemed happy and very loved for. They all had ample space and clean enclosures. Each animal has a name that all the crew knows. It was endearing to hear Kelsey tell us each of the animals names and what their personality was like.

We celebrated our anniversary with a safari adventure. Since I am in a wheelchair, we needed to take the ADA accessible tour. It was AMAZING! Our guide,Killian, was the best, combining knowledge and having fun on the ride. And sooo many animals.Thanks again and please give Otto my regards!

Overall, all the animals were out. We did a 1pm. tour, and it might have been feeding time, too. We had a wonderful experience, and all I have to say is you need to go! It's a must do experience.

We took the 2 p.m., 3 hour Safari tour. It was a lovely trip and worth the cost for us. The animals were beautiful and it was fun to ride around amongst the beautiful green rolling hills. We booked on a Friday in the winter, so although plenty of people and full, I could see how the summer months could be stifling and feel overcrowded. We went after days of rain, so the hills were green, the creeks flowing, and the animals excited to be out in the sun with the new spring growth. Thinking it was a midweek, and less crowded, the process of splitting people into groups for the tours, seemed to take longer than it should have. We were told to check in at 1:45 & we didn't get into our tour to close to 2:30. Maybe during the busier times, they have more employees and it goes a bit faster.We also booked the buffet lunch before the tour. The lunch was tasty enough for the price, and you get plenty of food. For vegetarians, there wasn't a lot of extra choices. However, there was plentiful green salad & asparagus with mushrooms. My husband said the asparagus was too salty. The potato salad was full of mayonnaise, and they put sugar and pineapple in the ranch beans. If you're a meet eater, there was plenty of BBQ chicken and pulled pork, with little white rolls that you could make sandwiches out of. The tea, coffee, and hot chocolate was included. The plus about eating lunch there is you get more time to look out at the animals, which is really what you're paying for. Again, all of the outside tables were full, so busier times you would have to eat inside.The cost for booking on line, tour and lunch came to $274.27. Somewhat pricey for an afternoon. The bonus is, you can walk around as much as you want for that price. So we got there early and viewed all of the animals that were caged. Pretty much what you will get to see if you spend the night. Although, I'm sure the sunrises and sunsets looking out at the animals is beautiful. They put the giraffes in the barn at night, so you won't be looking out at them. Santa Rosa is close enough that you could find more cost effective lodging if you're worried about the expense. If money is not a concern, I'd be into spending the night. More time watching animals is always a good thing.

We took our grandchildren for a three hour tour of Safari West. We did not stay in the accommodations. This was just a day trip. It was fascinating and fun, a wonderful place for people of all ages. Michele was our guide and she was excellent and informative. She is a very good ambassador of this business.

We LOVED it here. This has been on my Bucket List for 15 years, and it was SO worth it. We went as a group of 7. It was rainy and stormy when we arrived and cleared up overnight for our Safari Tour the next day. Bring warm clothes if you get cold easily. The tents are a GREAT experience (we chose the Hillside tents), and while the canvas tents keep warm, the attached bathroom is cold! The animals and birds are super chatty all through the night, so we didn't get much sleep (we didn't expect to get much sleep anyway, though). Staff are helpful and friendly. Dinner was great (even for me as a vegetarian and a guest as Gluten Free), the conservation talks are informative, the included breakfast was wonderful (including Easter Egg dying because we went Easter weekend), and our Safari Guide, Carson, went above and beyond our expectations. He was enthusiastic and passionate, and we were super impressed. You can tell he LOVES his job. You can see all the animals are very well cared for. We all had a great time. Thank you!!!

Amazing experience! We had an especially great time on our behind the scenes tour with our guide, Chris.I think spending the night in one of the tents adds a lot to the overall experience and is a must for the first time visitor.We may return for another safari trip or behind the scenes excursion in the future.

FABULOUS. We did the 3 hour afternoon tour and the entire team working there were so organized and welcoming. The animals were stunning. (Loved the rhino couple that were having a small domestic dispute🤣) Our tour guide Hale, was outstanding. She was so knowledgeable and passionate. I highly recommend Safari West to locals and tourists of all age groups! I am going to go back for a overnight stay.

Amazing experience. We got to see every animal except for one or two of the small animals on the walking portion. My boyfriend and I sat on the top and our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her work. We could tell she enjoys her job and loves the animals.

Visited with my wife and 6 year old for the Safari tour and it was one of the best experiences with animals we ever had. Not only you feel like you're in their habitat but you also learn a ton about each animal in your way. We had a couple of amazing guides and it was clear how each staff member cared about us having a great time and, more importantly, about all the animals there. We booked lunch right after our tour, which was convenient and delicious. Highly recommended!

Lots of beautiful animals, well organized, fun tour. Angelina was a knowledgeable guide. Buffet lunch was better quality than expected compared to other zoos, children's museums, etc.

I went to Safari West with two of my girlfriends as part of our annual get together, and I'm SO glad we did!! The safari was fantastic. Our guide (Michelle, I think?) was knowledgeable and personable, making time to answer everyone's questions. She also made every effort to make sure we saw ALL the animals, either by getting us to them, or telling us when we'd be most likely to see them in the morning (especially the hyenas and cheetahs). Our tent was lovely--very comfortable, with our own bathroom and deck area. The beds were comfortable, and the heater kept us warm all night. They provided ear plugs for everyone in the tent, as the animals do start making noise early, but aside from the rooster who decided to crow from the to of our tent, most of the noses were actually rather soothing. Dinner was SO much better than we'd expected, everything fresh and delicious, with very attentive and friendly servers. We didn't have breakfast on site, as we had to make our way to our next destination, so all we had was the coffee (which is, quite literally, the ONLY complaint we had). The staff was all helpful and accommodating, and all seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. The site is fantastic, although I'm not sure how accessible it would be for persons with mobility issues.

Professional friendly people.Connie was my pilot and she took the time to explain what she was doing and even pointed out landmarks as we flew.She also took some great pictures and e-mailed them to me before I even got home!I highly recommend Crazy Creek Air Adventures for anybody who would like to try a glider flight.

My new husband and I took a ride for our honeymoon. Connie was simply amazing. She was the first voice I heard and she took us for our flight. We were so pleased. I would recommend anyone to go for a ride.

My family visited today and absolutely loved it! Our youngest is 15 and we enjoyed the whole thing. The displays were very fun and also very educational. Absolutely loved the way the comic strips were incorporated into everything, including the bathroom walls!! And there is nothing more fun then putting four adults in a room and seeing who is capable of folding a red dog house and drawing the classic Peanuts characters!! What a great place for people of all ages!

Absolute must visit for all Snoopy and Peanuts fan. The place is right next to the children's museum in Santa Rosa.It has everything there is to know about the life of Charles Schulz and his creations. Great for kids.They also have a section where you can learn about creating cartoons.There is ample covered parking for the patrons.

This is a cool museum with great employees. If you are a student don't forget to bring your student ID. There was no wait and all the route was filled with interesting facts and beautiful comic strips. This is a great place for kids, there is one room where you can color and learn how to make some origami figures. There is also one room where you can see movies! I saw Charlie brown in love with the little red hair girl. It was beautiful and really funny. There is one gift shop and just across the street there is one ice skating rink and one coffee shop.

Interesting and informative visit to this museum of the Peanuts cartoonist which ran from 1950-2000. Great displays of his work, and a replica of his work space. Docents were friendly and knowledgeable.

No trip to Santa Rosa is a complete without a trip to the wonderful Charles Schulz Museum, which does a terrific job of showing that Schulz was not just one of the best cartoonist of his generation but also was an incredible observer of human behavior and a believer in our best nature. The comics on the wall are so relatable because they depict scenes and situations that we all have experienced at some point in our life (waiting for a school bus, a class trip, playing with a dog, etc.). You cannot help but leave the museum with a smile on your face and a deeper understanding of the beauty and wit of Schulz's work.

Did a side trip to this place from Rohnert Park on a girls trip since a couple of them are big Peanuts fans. Very cute museum to see which includes a little video discussing Charles Schulz. There are lots of original comic strips he drew and a creative room upstairs where you can color, draw, or do origami. The kite-eating tree is on the patio and lots of figurines of Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, and of course Snoopy.

We loved this museum. If you’re into Peanuts and the history of how it all began, you’ll love this place. So much great information here. The gift school could be bigger! We did enjoy the gift shop across the way though near the ice rink. This really isn’t a place for little kids.

After a day of drinking wine, we needed a break so headed here to the museum and boy were we excited! My husband and I felt like kids again looking at many of the comics and pictures. What's best, is the movie theater where you can watch some of the Charlie Brown toons! There are so many opportunities to take pictures and walk the grounds.

As you walk into the first floor, a huge work of art greets you. Even though it is a small museum, the place is great for people of all ages! It has a lot of art. One can find art all over the place from the first floor to the second floor, walls, patio, parking lot, and bathrooms. The staff was friendly. Also go with enough time to enjoy the place so you can see every detail.

This is a nice little museum celebrating Charles Schultz and his Peanuts Gang. It takes around an hour to walk through and enjoy all the comics and history. The gift store is small but you can head over to the gallery (3 minute walk away) for a bigger selection including reprints of the comics. It is worth the $12 entry fee.

This was a small museum with some interesting info but not as much as I would have liked. Appreciated the comic tiles in the bathroom and the large ceramic pieces outdoors. Was hoping to learn more about each Peanuts character. Also hoped for a bigger and better gift shop.Parking is plentiful and adult tickets cost $12. Not a mask in sight but there was space to spread out as well as an outdoor area. Was in and out in 30 minutes.

This is a wonderful little gem of a museum! I learned so much as someone who is not as familiar with “Sparky” and his wonderful cartoon friends. You can explore the museum in about an hour but I recommend spending at least 2 hours here because there are videos and an interactive cartooning workshop that I had to miss. The gift shop is small but has great items. The staff were very friendly. There are some great photo opportunities inside and outside. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is interested in art, US history, or inspiring heroes.

Loved it! Stop here and pay homage to all the wonder of Charles Schulz and his Peanuts legacy. We learned so much about this remarkable man, artist, and community builder. The Warm Puppy Cafe, ice rink, and museum are a great way to spend 2-3 hours or a whole day depending on your interests. We had hard to impress teens with us who had real smiles and a spark of enthusiasm here. That is a true 5 star experience! So much to take in from the history of cartoons, to the life story of "Sparky", and the Peanuts as cultural icons and truth speakers. Lots of engaging tour guides and volunteers around eager to share antidotes. Seeing the actual studio of this artist was a real thrill. Lot of cool interactive surprises here like the kite-eating tree and great photo spots with Peanuts characters and cartoon moments. Really worth a stop for people of ages, even if you are not a Peanuts fan, you will be by the end of this visit.

If you're a fan of Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and you'd enjoy a good overview of the Peanuts creator, this is a worthwhile stop. There is memorabilia from Charles Schulz childhood and early years as a burgeoning professional. Overall, it's interesting. It has a number of comic strips as exhibits, so it can take time to get through if you're reading them all. Otherwise, an hour and change should get you through everything.

A lovely diversion on a beautiful California day. We were pleasantly surprised at how much this reasonably small museum has to offer. We had a great time and would recommend anyone who has a passing interest in Schultz’s work to drop by for a visit.

The most absolutely adorable museum paying homage to Charles M Schultz. It's a small museum packed with a lot of information. It's reasonably priced. There are items in this gift shop that they don't carry in the other Peanuts Gift Shop located by the skating rink. They also have an auditorium that showcases some of the cartoons depending on what's playing that month. It's a great experience if you decide to come out this way and plenty of parking. It was also nice to be here on a weekend, but with not a lot of crowds.

Amazing for Snoopy fanatics! This museum was amazing and informative. It had activities for kids, original drawings and talked about his history. Both gift shops had unique stuff and wasn't overpriced like most tourist places.

A small but really fun and interesting museum detailing the history of peanuts and its creator Charles M. Schultz. The exhibits featured lots of his original drafts and panels and is a really fun insight into the origins and creation of the comics. The exhibits rotate every 6 months, so there is always something new to see. There are activities such as a movie room for watching peanuts movies and a room to learn how to draw peanuts characters. A lot of photo opportunities both inside and outside the museum.There is an ice skating rink across the road and a gift shop that also has some really fun peanuts pieces from the past.Staff are some of the best I've seen at any attraction and will go the extra mile to make sure all your questions are answered.I was surprised at how much fun I had here and will be coming here again in the future!

Great museum to explore especially if you travel with kids. We had to change our road trip plans because of the weather and luckily weren’t too far from Peanuts or if you prefer Snoopy’s birth place. You’ll probably spend between 1-2 hours here strolling around the exhibition, watching cartoons, gifts shopping and even ice skating ⛸️. Yes, you got it right, there is an ice rink across the street where Mr. Schulz the creator of Peanuts liked to play hockey. Parking is free, also there is a small food court at the rink in case if you get hungry.

Nice museum, very information. Can easily spend 2-3 hrs here, seeing some of Schulz’ work, visit the art room, have a quick bite at the cafe across the street, and spend a few bucks at the gift shop. There is even a skating rink at the cafe!

Love this place! Such a hidden gem. so many people didn't know it was so close to Sonoma and Napa. A great place for kids or grown up kids who grew up with snoopy. Takes about 3 hrs to see the museum. next time will go skating there. there's a large gift shop on the campus that's in addition to the small one in the museum.

Very very worthwhile experience even for adults 😆 every single photo booth was so cute. I was very impressed with the tiny exhibits inside the lightened walls, such a creative and delicate way of delivering art. There was a cute cafe too -- you have to collect a Snoopy cup!

A wonderful little museum suitable for all ages. Allow 1-2 hours to see all the exhibits. There is also a theater that runs a variety of shows throughout the day. Combine this with adjacent ice rink / snoopy snack bar / Snoopy gift shop and you can make an afternoon of your time here. (Plus the children’s museum on the other side!)

Such a well put together museum, it’s not very big, but just big enough to definitely spend at least 45 minutes or more in. Depending on how much you’re really taking in everything. Theres a few cute picture spots to try out. Plus tons of little comic strips. They also have a really cute art studio upstairs that you can spend so much time in. All supplies is included, you can sit down and color a picture there’s a cool light table to trace characters on. Plus an origami instruction activity. I definitely could have stayed a few hours. It was such a cute time, adults are $12 per person which is also also super reasonably priced. There’s also the ice-skating ring next-door and across from it is a bigger gift shop. The museum gift shop is a little small. So I definitely recommend checking out the big gift shop next to the skating ring.

Fantastic place to visit if you're a Snoopy and peanuts fan. They have an educational room where kids can do colouring . The gift shop is nice but the range has dropped off.

Just go. It's so pretty! Great picnic spots along the beach and with a view.

The drive from Inverness through Tomales Park to the lighthouse is one of the most beautiful in the world with lots of stopping points along the way to park, get out, and enjoy the view. It looks like plenty of hiking trails too though we stuck to the road other than walking out to South Beach, to look out near lighthouse where we saw the seals far below, and then various short walks near the lighthouse. Just spectacular. Sunny weekday day in mid March was beautiful with hardly anyone around so super easy to park and drive around.

Bay Area Native but I hadn't been here for a while. If you've forgotten what a pristine natural setting looks like (very quiet with no trash or leaf blowers), this is a good spot with an easy hike. If you already live in Marin County, then you're used to this. :p

This Heart's Desire. There is a ranger station and the fee is $8.00. The beach has a bathroom, two handicap port-a-potties, a water fountain, a few picnic tables, and grills.This is a beautiful beach. Please be courteous to others at this beach. It is a small beach. The parking lot is small. There is an overflow parking to the right when you come to the left turn to the beach parking. Dogs are not permitted on Heart's Desire Beach.

Went sea kayaking with Team River Runner and ETC who help disabled vets & others go enjoy the water, and camped overnight. Beautiful trip. Overcast but not cold, saw bioluminescent algae on a night paddle, tons of moon jellyfish. Started at Hearts Desire beach. Great trip.

If you have small children this is a great beach.Wading and swimming in shallow water on 1/2 of the clean, compact beach.Plenty of picnic tables and shade.Clean restrooms are close.

Heart's Desire Beach at Tomales Bay State Park. Lovely petite beach on Tomales Bay with clean facilities, picnic tables, kayak ramp, lawn. Easy access to two trails. One is partially self-guided with signage along the trail (see photos). There is a usage fee ($8 and $7) for the day. Fabulous family get away.

A small, often overlooked park at the edge of Point Reyes National Seashore. Most come for the Hearts Desire Beach, but make the trek on the Jepson Trail loop - well worth the time. Plus, it brings you to the less crowded Pebble Beach if you want to get away.

We went to Shell Beach at the recommendation of a local who said it was the best beach on the West Coast. Well, just like everything when it comes to traveling - it is relative to what the person has seen and experienced. It is a cute, not touristy, tucked away bay-side beach. We hiked down about a 5 minute walk and had lunch while we watched the waves. It is pretty but it wasn't take-your-breath-away pretty to us.

So beautiful, trails are a little overgrown but they aren't hard, I'd say they are beginner trails, with only one steep incline that I saw. They have a raised wooden section going from Shell Beach to Hearts Desire that's really cool. Plenty of picnic tables accessible from the parking lot, plus a bathroom

This state park is serene at 8:00 a.m. however, by about 10:30 it's full of families and children and the picnic tables are all taken. You can grill near the beach if you get here early enough. There's a few miles of extremely accessible hiking that can offer solitude later in the day. Perfect place to launch a kayak or SUP. The cove is protected from the wind, typically and a good spot for beginners even with a medium wind. I often see people fishing here too......

On a moonless night, with plenty of cloud cover, go down here after 10pm and wade into the water. Don't worry, its warmer than the ocean usually is. Now splash around. Do you see the tiny twinkling lights in their infinite multitudes, blinking on and off in the ripples like a reflection of the night sky which cannot posdibly exist because of the clouds above you? Magic exists in this world.

Self Parking ticket $8. Nice picnic area. Especially cool trail. Seen jelly fishes and also fresh oysters.

Small cove beach and park facing east on the Tomales Bay.Great for picnics, sunning, water sports.Tranquil and clean- just beautiful. DOn't forget to explore the hiking trails leaving the cove going both North and SOuth.

I lived in Santa Rosa in the 1990s. I had forgotten what a purely magical.place the Luther Burbank Home & Garden was and is. The place is tranquil and the blossoms were beautiful. It is a sacred environment to be grounded and feel at peace.

Came here during January, the plants are dry. Good for a short walk but not much to see.The good thing is you can learn about the famous Luther Burbank's plants.

Beautiful gardens, I am a little early (mid-April), tgere are still some blooms and I can see it will be fabulous in just a couple of weeks.

This garden is a wonderful get away in central Santa Rosa. It's peaceful and beautiful. Whether a 15 minute walk or sitting on a bench for an hour to take it all in, this garden has something for everyone.

Sad looking historic place with lots of potential. Gardens were pretty but not well cared for. Property is open to anyone so there were several homeless wandering through.

Went for the home tour and plant sale. Docents are quite knowledgeable and friendly. The home is beautiful and has wonderful historic details. The gardens are lovely and many of the plants are identified. We learned a lot of interesting and amazing facts about Luther & Elizabeth Burbank.

Great place to spend an hour! We wandered the grounds and read about Luther's life and dedication to his botany. We were here in early April so the roses have not bloomed yet. There's an option to take a tour, although we didn't go on it.We parked close by in the neighborhood, although this is close to the mall so you could park there if you can't find street parking.

Great nearby location to take your chances with lady luck. Reasonable priced restaurant offerings at their food court.Main complaint I have is their non-smoking section. Definitely wish it was a larger area. Or better yet, make the whole casino floor non-smoking. I don't mind the drinking and the partying, but the smoking gets quite obnoxious, especially in this day and age.

We went for the pool on this 88 degree day; had reserved a day bed. There was NO awning over the bed, only side curtains, and no way to secure the curtains from blowing in the Wind. Consequently we hadn't any shade! Service was poor. We had a small fruit plate (came with the bed rental), I had a couple beers, but the server never bussed the bed. We moved to a couple lounge chairs by an umbrella despite having payed for the daybed so we could have a little shade. Also, they played obnoxious party dance music non-stop, and after an hour they CRANKED IT UP WAY TOO LOUD!! Couldn't hear each other talking. The pool is nice but they drove us away with the music! Total waste of money.An Update - The next day we contacted the resort, explained the disappointing situation, and asked for a refund. They explained their policy about there being DJ music at the pool on weekends, which we didn't know about, that they were sorry to hear of the poor wait service and would pursue retraining, and they issued a full refund for the daybed rental! SO, I'm adding a star for this customer service response. I'd recommend that if you experience a problem it is worth contacting them.

This review is for the casino and event space as I never stayed in the hotel. Every time I go the place is really clean and will maintain. The staff are also super friendly and nice. The only time we have issues is when we bring someone along who looks underage and they seem to question us every 2 seconds so that gets a little frustrating that they don't have a wristband or something for those kind of people. As I understand they're doing a job but eight people don't have to ask us the same question within the matter of 5 minutes. Most people are pretty courteous about the smoking and non-smoking sections so you can use whatever section you want and not have a problem. People also are generally considerate if you're waiting for a specific game or table. Also, the machines make everything super easy with the vouchers and cash. I've been to a few casinos recently where you have to sign up for a rewards card first and then transfer your calf to points and then transfer the points to the card and they don't make the process. Very easy but luckily here it is. Super simple and I would highly recommend. Parking is super convenient as they have their own parking structure as well as a parking lot

We haven't been to Graton in about 7 or 8 years. The property has grown and is just beautiful. The hotel is new since we were there last. We stayed one night and we wished we had stayed longer! Everything was top notch from the time we pulled up to the valet to the moment we were leaving. Everything was so clean, the staff was very attentive, helpful, and approachable. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The food court had a nice variety of options which was helpful since we had 3 people from our group of 7 that were vegan. I also was personally happy that there was an in house Starbucks 🙂 We can't wait to stay again.

As someone who isn't much of a gamer and doesn't typically leave richer from casinos, I must say I left with a great impression of Granton Casino. The cleanliness of the place is commendable, making for a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food court offers a variety of good options, ensuring there's something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the live music at the G Bar today, which added a vibrant touch to our visit.We also participated in the Punch Giveaway. Although we didn't win, it kept us on our toes and added an extra layer of excitement to our time there. The only downside was that they allow smoking inside, which was a bit off-putting. However, overall, our experience was fantastic, and we'll definitely be returning!

We did not stay here, only came for a show in the ballroom. I stayed one night several years ago and was very pleased with the room.I already wrote a review on our experience seeing shows in the ballroom. Briefly, from what I saw it was all floor seating, in dining room style chairs and there are no cup holders. There are two large video screens which help - especially if someone tall sits in front of you. The restrooms are close by and very nice - they have a fancy automatic toilet seat cover. There were several 'bars' set up around the doors to the ballroom so you could get a beverage, including beer and cocktails.We also did not gamble or eat. The one place we may have stopped in for a bite after the show was closed. I don't know if they have anything open later in the evening. There is plenty of parking, including a multi-level parking garage.

Came for a concert. The venue was very nice. Views from all seats seemed good. Great sound throughout. Clean and upscale and very well organized getting in and out of the concert area. Casino floor looked nice but I didn't spend any time there. Food court had a lot of great food options.

This Casino is beautiful! I’ve been here a couple of times. We went with the purpose of gambling hopefully be one of the $888 dollar winners for the Chinese New Year weekend event. But we didn’t. However, we sure had a blast. We might have not won the $888 but some of us won some $$$.We did not stay at the Casino/Resort this time. Because it was a weekend and it was packed. If you don’t like crowds, I’d say show up in the weekdays or a weekend with no events going on (but that might be a small chance lol). So, although it was crowded, we were still able to find parking. I really hate a place with no ample parking so that was a major plus for me!The casino had a food court which I loved so you don’t have to go anywhere else to get food, there was plenty to choose from. We’re coming back again!!! Hopefully win more :).

Go for the pool stay for the cabana. Worth every penny. Get food and drink in the casino and bring it to your cabana. Mini fridge stocked with non-alcoholic drinks, there is comfortable seating everywhere, they provide towels. Lovely, relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the hotel this past weekend and had a 5-star experience. I really came with no expectations, and boy was I surprised. The hotel was impeccably clean and well managed. The doors were opened for each of us, with smiles all around. The pool area was spotless and we felt as if we were somewhere else, not south of San Francisco! The poolside wait staff was friendly and the food was fantastic.The room was spotless and impeccable, and the beds were a little too soft but comfortable.We felt safe in the casino and felt like there was enough security around. The energy was nice. My ONLY complaint was the cigarette smoke. I guess there is no getting around that not even in the "smoke free" section.All in all it was a great getaway and now we are planning our trip back. Kudos to the management! A few hotels in Vegas could learn a thing or two from you!

We went to the resort to go to Tony's of North Beach for dinner. We did not stay at the hotel as we are locals and I'm sorry but I would never pay what they're asking at night for a room. lolOur waiter Christian was excellent. Very observant and attentive to our needs. Never pushy.The food was good as always and very filling.

The food we had at one of the restaurants was excellent. The casino itself is so full of video machines that I feel I could get a better experience online. I was shocked that people could still smoke indoors and it made for a poor experience. I am also 90%sure I saw a bartender spit into a drink he was making.

The ride there was nice. Lots of scenery. Found a ♿ parking so that was nice. $25 bucks freeway for newbies. At first I couldn't find a slot but them I found a couple spots to play. The pre made coffee was great tasting. I will be back!!!

The location is super easy to get to and navigate within the casino. I've been there several times and have only ran into one rude employee, a bartender named Autumn (who skipped over me after me waiting almost ten minutes for a bartender to help two guys that walked up within seconds.) The dealers are fantastic and usually pretty fun if you get them talking. Security are nice, helpful, and always there if you need them! The rooms are clean and spacious. There really aren't enough good things I can say about this casino! Highly recommend!!

Awesome casino, has all my favorite games, roulette, blackjack, poker, etc. The spa is fantastic. I get my hair cut there 3 times a month for $20 and it gives you access to the spa all day with sauna, ice room, steam sauna, jacuzzi, showers, tranquility room, food, water, etc. At this point, I'm a regular here. I don't even mind losing money anymore because the amenities are so good. Not to say I haven't won big! ;)

Graton used to be fun and pay, what happened?Also, they offer free electric charging, but. It enough spots and currently the new ones installed do not work.The casino is making room for a new addition of hotel and casino. It feels like they are not paying anymore, but connecting to pay for the new buildings. I’d wait until those building s are finished. Otherwise, you’re throwing money away.I no longer recommend this casino.

These people complaining about losing should stop going to a casino. We never plan to win. I've never stayed in a room here and this was my first time coming to this property. I play poker and even though I lost a lot of money playing this was a very fun and enjoyable experience. The property is amazing the staff was exceptional and the food options were great. And I love how they have a 24-hour Starbucks. Although the workers didn't seem to move with urgency once the line got long but it is what it is it was probably 3:00 in the morning when I went. I definitely plan on going back and staying in a room to really get the full great and experience.

I always have a fun time here.. only thing I can wish better is ventilation for the smoke. Traveling from Japan and being in restaurant that smoke, you can barely notice it. Casino and other indoor smoke place can do so much better.I got great win and lose from slots and table game. At the end this is entertainment for me so I don’t expect to win. Set your budget and have fun guys.They have Tony’s Pizza SF favorite pizza joint. I can’t complain. I hope they expand more on their happy hour menu.

The highlight of this casino for me is the drink prices being affordable and not outrageous like most other casinos. Tons of restaurants to pick from they have a huge food court. They’ve got some decent slots. I couldn’t find many quarters or 1$ machines but plenty of others. High limit is smaller than I expected. Fun place.

It was a very nice casino but it took forever to find a drink cart person just to get a water! We even asked a manager and he said we were better off ordering a drink at the bar. I just wanted a water while I spent money on the slots. I did have ice cream at Scoops which was delicious but a ridiculous price. 5.45 for one scoop. I can get a whole gallon for that price. The people at the rewards card area were the best part of the whole visit. Very polite and helpful.

One of the nicer casinos in the area. There is some smoking allowed but we didn't feel it was your typical 18-pack a day smokers playing the slots. We played in the poker room for a while and then hung out in one of the nicer bars that they have. The bars had a pretty good local beer selection on draft so we enjoyed a few. Just another casino filled with smoke and poor service. The decor is beautiful and there are plenty of machines to play. We sat at the bar for 25 mins before being able to get a drink and that's because there wasn't a cocktail server on the floor in sight for the 1.5 hrs we played. Not coming back here again

I took my friend to the pool bar and received the best service from a lovely woman named Jazmine. She took care of us so well and was so nice! She really made the visit great and the drinks were amazing too, we will definitely be visiting again

We attended a concert there last weekend. The casino is very nice and the parking is easy. They have a smoking and non smoking slot machine area, however, no one seems to pay any attention to it so the casino is foul with cigarette smoke smell. The concert venue was located in the Ballroom which is just a large open convention type room with a stage. The arrangement of the chairs is good, however all the chairs are a one level and the stage isn't very high so it is difficult to see anything especially with many standing at concerts. We didn't stay at the hotel due to high prices but glad we didn't since it was laden with cigarette smoke. We see around 50 concerts a year but won't be back here for another.

Coming home from San Francisco, we decided to check out this casino! It is really beautiful and was so crowded with people having a good time! It's a little smoky, but it's really good size, and we had a really great time hanging out here for a couple of hours. The food court has a lot to offer, and everything looks so delicious! Walked past the steakhouse, and it's gorgeous in there!! I was unable to see inside the Italian restaurant, but I bet it's just as spectacular as everything else! I was totally impressed and look forward to our next visit! Oh, and I had a new experience when using the restroom, I thought it was so neat, no toilet seat covers, because it's all automated... I've never seen this, and so I took a small video. Super modern and cool!

Only came here by accident looking for pizza by the slice. Very clean casino and the staff is on top of the cleanliness. Very large facility and will have to visit again. Location overall is a bit out of the way, but the parking is very good. We'll be back to experience it all

A bunch of girlfriends and I planned a trip. It's one of the only times we get together a year it's a mom's day trip and we booked a cabana poolside and rooms. Overall the best part of our trip was the pool area the service was awesome especially shout out to our servers Wyatt and Isaiah. They were attentive to all our needs. The bartender made really awesome drinks shout out to Sophia as well. Overall they made this trip great for us. 5 stars! Definitely coming back.

OMG! This casino does not care.... They will not provide you a win/loss statement even if you need it right away for legal purposes. You will need to hire a lawyer. They say they will only provide it next year. Other casinos are willing to help you but not Graton. Management will not call you back.... They do not care how many points you have played. Wake up people! If you must gamble, there are casinos that treat you better. Yes! they will let you win some here and there but you will lose it back to them sooner or later. It's just a tease, a tax write-off from all the income they generate from gamblers.... I know this casino does things here and there to keep you happy while you're losing your money. Let this be your wake up call.

The worst place to play slot machines. Payback ratio for the free games featured was 20% to 30%. We went there to have fun but got out with full of madness. We spent over $1000 for just played 45 cents slots only. No winning, but just losing, 100%.

Absolutely loved our experience at Sterling Vineyards this past weekend. On a hot day, the Hilltop Experience provided us with delicious tastings and a cool environment. Cooper was so knowledgeable about the wines and the history of Napa. He could not have made this experience better for our party! Proud new member of the Sterling Wine Club and can’t wait to visit again.

Please book and go early on the weekends. you have to take the gondola to the actual winery. There were a lot of tasting station. We booked the Platinum pairing experince. I would say that the staff at our table could use a little more improvement. Food was actully better than I expected. Bring comfortable shoes because you will be walking around the winery. The sight was gorgeous on top of the castle like winery. You'll want to dress nice for lots of pictures.

This review is specifically for a 2017 Merlot from Sterling Vineyards. See the label in photographs. Absolutely loved this wine. To brighten the experience and enjoyment we used thin walled crystal glasses and paired it with manchego cheese. Thank you Sterling for such a wonderful wine.

My friend and I visited Napa for the NYE and had such a lovely experience at Sterling winery. The gondola was so fun and we really enjoyed the views, after that you walk around the winery sipping on wine, everyone was attentive and welcoming, especially Helena. She went above an beyond to give us a great experience and we loved her!

Beautiful winery with a fun gondola ride. Enjoyed the sterling stroll with friends. The unoaked chardonnay was nice and light. The hosts who poured the wines were great.We made reservations, but walk-ins are welcome. Family-friendly, too, so feel free to bring your kids. Highly recommend this winery as a stop in the valley.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I went with the diamond experience ($45), and can honestly say it was worth every dime. Staff is super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed to know a lot about wine, and answered all my questions eagerly. The facilities were clean, and well kept up. The gondola ride was nice, scenic, and most importantly, short. My wife doesn't like heights, but she felt completely at ease on this ride. Coming here with friends from Korea, we had to take 1000 selfies. The scenic views certainly helped with that not to mention the signs that outright encourage it. Trust me. Best money I have spent this entire trip. Definitely coming back.

Spectacular views and outstanding wines in Calistoga, Napa Valley! Fun trip up the aerial tram to the top! My sister and I visited with our sons in 2017. Vineyard will be reopening for tours and tastings in spring/summer 2023.

Very pleasant experience. Wine was alright, the experience was definitely worth it. Kid friendly, we had brought a little one on with us. We used a ski lift to get to the actual building. Such nice smooth ride and beautiful scenery. There is a walk through the entire building and a terrace up top. You could order a cheese board and grab a seat to enjoy the scenery.

I wanted to knock this place. Its big. its like got a ride and everyone knows about it. However You 'can't knock good value. the wine was definitely pleasant. The grounds impeccable and there is some good education work going on here. So while I came here with a bit of a chip on my shoulder I came away recommending the place a nice place to add to your napa agenda.

We were lucky enough to be able to attend the soft reopening of the winery on October 21, 2023. The new gondola is absolutely awesome and they have done a stand out job on refurbishing the winery after the fire. Wine was also top notch as usual. Can’t say enough good things and highly recommend!

Lovely winery, beautiful views from the top of the hill. You get there in a nonstop gondola, kinda like the ski lifts use. They go slow enough to enjoy the landscape. At the top I was warmly greeted, given some education of Sterling, a glass of wine, and a marvelous charcuterie board. The cheeses, meats, dried fruits was perfect with the wine. Maurice took care of me, he was so fun!

Absolutely stunning. The staff and managment is extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable and the views are absolutely stunning. They have a gondola that takes you up the mountain where the tour begins, which is so unique and stunning. Absolutely worth a visit. And their wine was lovely.

Good place to take visitors- you get to keep the tasting glasses. You take a gondola to reach the lovely hilltop view. They have displays with video screens so you can learn as much as you want. You get 5 tastings as you walk through the grounds but there are stairs and a bit of walking to get the 5th tasting in the gift shop.

Eh. Negatives: the drunk employees that visited on their day off. So loud, took all the attention away from visitors hoping to learn, taste, experience. Really ruined it for us.Positives: views from gondola and on the terrace, the unoaked chardonnay, the cheese.

The gondola ride had nice views along with other spots of the building. In each station they had water but barely any cups. You can choose from different tours and bring your children if you want. Went through the tastings within 40 minutes.

We did the Sterling Stroll wine and it was great! The staff was welcoming and kind. The great thing about this self-guided tour is that we got to enjoy the behind the scenes art and science of winemaking.The winery also has a an aerial gondola with beautiful views of the valley!

Great winery in the middle of Napa with an awesome gondola that takes you up the hill to the tasting room. We had an awesome time which started with Jose B starting us with a Pinot Gris at station 1 and taking us through four other tasting session including the 2017 reserve cab with Christian’s nice pour (it was his first week and he was awesome). Definitely rexoufor a wine tasting experience e in Napa and great time. You can easily spend 2-3 hours here.

A winery with a godola! It is a bit like the ski rides up the hill. You walk around with your wine glass to try a few different wines.

Fun day outing at the Sterling. Was there 15 mins earlier to leave enough time for the short gondola ride up the hill. Went with the Hilltop Wine Tasting. Wines served properly with one glass per tasting. After tasting, can follow the self guided tour on the wine making process.Server was friendly and somewhat knowledgeable.Normally not a big fan on Pinot Noir but Sterling changed my mind. The Merlot was also quite nice. Liked it enough to commit to three shipments a year. Value for money 👍

This place was beautiful! It was kinda choose your own adventure wine tasting. The gondola ride up the hill was a really cool way to kick things off. The wine was pretty good but the panoramic views were what really sweet this place apart. The staff was nice and it was an overall chill experience

Fun concept. I appreciate a ticket for the DD at a lower price. We did the cheapest option which was the stroll, a self guided tour with 6 tastings. The gondola is the main attraction and well kept. I appreciate the attachment for your phone to take a group photo. They have a good amount of benches around to rest from the sun.

I went to the July 4th event at the Green Music Center. I had tickets on the lawn. By show time, 7:30, there were at least 5000 people at the venue. The symphony was excellent with a nice variety of songs. Transendance was performing. At the beginning the songs were upbeat and we'll sung. But their last 4 sings were slow ballads that added nothing to the evening entertainment.The 29 minute firework display was excellent! However, once in the parking lots. There was no one from the venue or Sonoma State directing traffic. We sat for more than 40 minutes before we got on the main road.This was my first time here and I'm not sure I will return for any show at this venue!

Man, this place was beautiful, plenty of parking we sat outside during the ceremonies for the graduation and I’d have to say this place is really dialed in

Very beautiful to drive up for a concert by the Santa Rosa Symphony. The building was a glow in blue lights around and thru the architecture. The interior is done so well in wood making the acoustics great. We will go there again and again. Next time I will reserve the seats up and behind the stage to watch the conductor and the musicians. Five Stars!!!

Visitwd for the Global Roots Sonoma event. Parking is close, entering is easy, if you get there earlier enough you can get great seating. Given it being outdoors, you can bring blankets and lawn chairs, we brought our wagon and a cooler, which was welcome as long as no alcohol was in it. There was a concession stand with beer, wine, and food. At this event, they even had food trucks. I did see people set up for a picnic with their own food. There are plenty of restrooms and well kept. I am looking forward to the next event!

We drove up from Whittier to see Nickel Creek’s performance because we wanted to experience this music venue. Absolutely 👍 one of the best venues to listen to an awesome concert 🎶 of musically talented performers. We were not disappointed at all. Totally worth the road trip. Guys last time we saw you it was at The Avalon Theatre in Los Angeles and you guys never disappoint…. Your so talented!

Great location. Beautiful atmosphere on the grass outside. However the stage inside the building is so far away,you can’t see the artist if you have an outdoor lawn space.

The doorman was a complete failure. He had some issues. Our young son was having some bathroom issues and got up 3 times very quietly during the performance, not disturbing anyone to use the restroom. He had the nerve to tell our 9 year old he was not allowed back in u til he heard people clapping and didn't tell us. Then some older guy had the nerve to start bad talking our kid to the doorman, telling him he did a great job keeping our son out. The doorman fed into it and started saying stuff about it as well, so if the Papa Wolf wolf came out and defended my child.I had NUMEROUS people telling me how inappropriate bothe the doorman and the older guy were. Before the symphony, we had quite a few people come up to us telling us how great it was that younger generations were at the symphony. We bought tickets to treat my older son, who had just turned 14, who is in love with band.You all need to do a better job of hiring these doorman. This guy was rude and was horrible at his job. We decided to leave after the first half of the performance because he upset our kids so much. Plus my wife walked in with a $4 coffee which I get isn't allowed inside which I appreciate and is fine. She set it down to show the doorman our tickets and he said "oh you can't have this in here" and procceded to pick it up with his dirty fingers on the spot you sip it from. She had to throw it away after that. A simple "you can't have that here, please remove it would have been fine.In my opinion, this guy working the door is incompetent and needs to be let go. At this point, we have no desire to go back and to spread the word this place is not suitable for the younger generations.

I went to see Jurassic Park with the live orchestra (Santa Rosa orchestra) playing the soundtrack. They had mountain Mikes pizza, beer either in bottle or tap. We selected lawn seating and it genuinely was a great experience. People were wearing masks and it felt like a safe place. Security and staff were very kind and helpful. Around the middle of the movie they had a 20 min intermission where you could use the restroom and get some more food if you wanted. 10/10 experience.

Went to a very small performance, but what an absolutely gorgeous facility this is sor a State University. Not too big, but big enough. Stunning. So crisp and bright with some natural light and all the beautiful light beech or maple woodwork throughout. Any performer is only going to have a more amazing show performing in this venue. The outdoor grounds are equally stunning.

Easy venu to get in and out of. Not every seat has a view to the inside stage, but the screen that hangs above it allows everyone to see. Sound is fantastic

I work here some I’m a bit biased but for information this haul is on the top 5 acoustics of the nation. It’s a 145 million dollar building with beautifully decorated wooden halls. Truly a one of a kind experience if you come here for a show.

Fantastic night watching Jurassic Park with a live orchestra! Wonderfully orchestrated, great picture, great sound with food & drink (including wine & beer) available. We had a Center table but lawn seating was also available. Beautiful setting with great amenities & easy parking.

They attempt to bring culture and arts to the college and surrounding communities at amazing prices so everyone can afford to come. They recently had an Andy Grammar concert there with tickets only $20. The acoustics inside are phenomenal. Unlike some venues they have plenty of permanent restrooms available and are lgbt friendly.

Great experience. Castle, Wine and great service what else do we need in hospitality. Views are amazing. Wines wonderful and warm hosting staff. We did the wine tasting tour we were offered a list of wines to select for tasting we had to select 5. If you are new to wines then you can ask the server they will help you select the wines to maximize your experience and tell what to observe while tasting wine and how to enjoy wine with different snacks cheese or chocolates.They have some really great wines I really liked their Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Castello di Amorosa is a beautiful Napa Valley Tuscan style castle built in 1994. Reservations are recommended but not required. Winery memberships are available and are a good option for wine enthusiasts. The tastings are some of the finest wines you’ll ever taste and can only be found at Castello di Amorosa or online so stock up on your favorites while there. On site dining is available This was truly one of the best wineries I’ve visited.

Thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting! Our host was very knowledgeable and had excellent recommendations. The chocolates were very tasty. Love the charm of the castle - looks a lot like the real thing in Europe. They have “aged” it nicely. I also enjoyed the little barn yard with an assortment of animals on the way out.

This castle-like winery is one of the most famous name in Napa Valley.We visited in summer 2022, had wine tasting, served by a very funny and informative staff.The shop area was great. With all their wine products and merchandise, you won't get out of there empty handed for sure.

TRAVELERS TAKE NOTE! This place is beautiful but BUSY! I am so glad that I made a reservation, as they have a gate keeper that will not allow you on the grounds unless you have a reservation to be there.Pros:-This place is very unique! This castle was built over 30 years ago, however, the owner/creator wanted to create a castle that looks like something out of old world Italy. Everything is hand crafted, and aged to create a wonderful feel of stepping back in time.-This place has a great wine selection, no matter what your preference is.-This castle is set up on a hill with beautiful grounds that are well maintained that have a great view. Additionally, they host lots of barn yard animals which is unique.-They are staffed extremely well, so you are never waiting long for your next wine to try.Cons:-SO BUSY! There are large crowds here. If you don't like being around large groups of people on vacation, then I don't think this place would be for you. Trying to carry on a conversation in the wine tasting rooms is difficult.-I think some of the best parts of the castle you are unable to see unless you pay for the full guided castle tour, not just the self-guided tour and tasting.

This is the best wine tasting experience that I have ever had and thanks to our host Grace. We really enjoyed our experience. She was very knowledgeable, patient, fun and made us truly comfortable. They have a wide variety of wine for all kinds of wine lovers from sweet to semi dry to dry. We ended is buying quite a lot of bottles cause it’s really good. The best part is they have home delivery at reasonable cost. Don’t forget to try their grape juice in between the wine cause it’s too good. The castle itself is very beautiful. You can opt for a group guided tour or self guided. They have wine tasting in a closed room and in open space too. But you are not allowed to get up in between the tasting to roam around in the castle. Plan your visit for around 3-4 hours cause you will take that much of time to enjoy the tasting and then explore the castle. Lot of picture perfect spots which you don’t wanna miss. It’s a busy place, so plan your visit. Definitely a must visit winery in napa.

I loved the castle experience! Having never traveled to Europe the fairytale lover inside of me was jumping with glee. We purchased the self guided/standing tasting for $50. We drank our wines quickly and then set off to explore the castle and grounds. If I was going to rate the wine I’d give it 3 stars, The Castle 5 stars and the service 3 stars. Our wine server was polite and friendly he just lacked enthusiasm. It was as if he knew the wines weren’t that great and that the best thing about The Castle of Love was the building itself and not the wine. The most expensive wines are delicious ($100 a bottle) but the cheaper wines, (anything less than $100) are meh.People who payed to sit and taste wine waited a long time to sit in the courtyard, bake in the sun, and drink marginal wines. I highly recommend the $50 route. They take you down to the cool cellar with fans blowing to sip your wine. You have to stand the entire time but you don’t get heat stroke. The $7 chocolate addition was totally worth it in my opinion. 3 delicious fancy chocolates in a lovely gift box. Even if you don’t eat the chocolates on site it makes a lovely souvenir.

We visited on a very hot day, so being seated outside was not the most desirable option with the kid. Nevertheless, we did enjoy the tasting experience. Our daughter got some grape juice. We had a little stroll afterward around the castle and enjoyed some nice views from the top.

This is a must when visiting Napa! Make reservations far in advance! If you don’t have a reservation, they will not even let you on the grounds. The venue is spectacular in and of itself! You can roam the castle! And there’s goats and animals too! Once inside when you have your tasting, they are really accommodating, knowledgeable, and the customer service is impeccable! My family, friends, and I had such a good time here! Definitely get the cheese and the chocolate! Food and wine divine! Their wine stoppers are pretty cool if you notice them! They also sell them in the shop as well as many other things and it’s fun to look around down there! We definitely got more than our moneys worth, and will definitely be back when in Napa again!

Absolutely stunning castle located at beautiful location. Great selection of wine. Our host was super friendly, interactive and knowledgeable about wine. Overall experience was nice. We had booked tour online. Reservation included tasting of 5 wines along with self guided tour.However, most of the area was restricted for tour. Also, sitting outside on a hot sunny day was not super fun. Overall, I think it’s a lot of money for such a short experience.

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) had a great time here. We purchased the wine tasting (5 labels per guest) and our server Jeremy E was very courteous and knowledgeable of the castle’s history. When we left the castle, there were several animals (hens, roosters, ram, lambs, goats and emus) for the kids to see. No petting or feeding. The kids still enjoyed it.We ended up buying 4 bottles and a very decorative pour top (a lion and they have about 20 to choose from in silver and gold) to take home. The castle was beautiful and we would visit it again perhaps to learn more about the castle with a guided tour.

We were lucky and able to get in on Memorial Day since you need a reservation in advance. The castle itself was beautiful and so were the vineyards! We had a wine tasting and our person was very knowledgeable! Definitely worth it.

The tour, premises and wine are great. You can’t find this wine anywhere else. My only concern is that our tour guide felt more like a saleswoman. She really pushed the sale of bottles however our group was in the mood of enjoying the experience rather than the purchase of wine. That’s why I removed a star.

Buy tickets in advance for the tasting. Pretty castle and lovely grounds - there’s even a moat! You will either taste in the upper courtyard or the cellar depending on space. Kerry H. Dreamy and majestic castle serving some of the best wines around Napa ! Check in was easy and glad that we made reservations well ahead . It’s a bummer that they don’t allow glasses of wine or bottles to be opened but I guess that’s the norm around a lot of wineries here . The art inside the tasting room was exquisite. We ordered some chocolates to go with the wine and they were really good. Service was great and wine tasting was one of a kind experience . So many good places to take pics and loved the animals in the farm .

Incredible! Our tour guide Stephane was knowledgeable, hilarious, kind, and made our experience a 20/10. This was my first wine tasting EVER and everything was memorable and spectacular from the castle grounds to the historical artifacts and recreations to the barrel tasting to the various wines we were able to try. The animals were a bonus!

Great family tasting experience. My wife and I upgraded the tasting to have the opportunity to taste their best Cabernet Sauvignon wines and we didn’t regret it!!! The kids had muscat grape juice made from the grapes near the castle. We all appreciated the tasting experience and Rusty was very good at explaining the different wines and answer all our questions.As others commented, there is a lot of people but everything went well without any wait. We have been served quickly. Keep in mind that they only sell onsite so of course they need to make more tasting than others.If you want to visit the castle, make sure to take the guided tour otherwise a lot of rooms are not accessible.

Reservation in advance is a must. Beautiful castle where you can do a self guided tour in certain areas while you have to have a paid guided tour to visit the dungeon and other parts. La Fantasia is the best wine they have. Nice staff and some of them are from Italy.

We have been here many times but now they require reservations and tasting tickets. It is $60 per person which includes 5 or 6 tastings and a self guided tour ( basically you walk around the castle). It is different from other vineyards and tasting rooms due to the lovely Castle that was built by bringing stones and other artifacts from Italy

We had a really great time here! I loved touring the castle in the grounds. The scenery was amazing and there are plenty of nooks and crannies to explore. The South Tower was my favorite. And the main Great Hall was so cool to see. The chapel was pretty neat too. We ordered the charcuterie and wine tasting and chocolates. I like dessert wines, the sweet ones, and everything else in the valley seems to not be of that variety. So if you're looking for sweet wines this is the place to go to. Just be sure to tell them what types of wines you like before starting your tasting. I sampled five different sweet wines from a rosé, a gewurztraminer and others. If you miss all the others, don't miss the La Fantasia. It is an AMAZING sweet wine and one of the best I've ever had! The only downside was that you cannot go on the guided tour and do the tastings as part of the same tour. This is what we were told over the phone and that we would have to do the self-guided tour if we wanted the tastings. When we got there, they explained that this was because the overall experience was taking too long which is why they separated them. What they didn't tell us, was that the self-guided tour does NOT get you into the lower areas such as the dungeon and the torture chamber. They will not let you self-guide in those areas due to valuable wines and other things that they don't want you touching or ruining. This would have been nice to know before coming. Otherwise we would have booked two separate experiences. One would be the guided tour and the other would be the tasting. The neat part of the guy that tour is that there are QR codes on the walls for the various places for you to scan and listen to the owner of the castle explain how it was built and much more details. The site even allows you to step through all the different videos one at a time so that you don't have to scan the code each time.

We visited Castello, it was super amazing experience. Seated wine tasting experience was superb! The castle and grounds are absolutely stunning there is no denying that but for the price we paid we were just expecting more.At the very least we were hoping to like the wines but we really weren't blown away by them at all, the only one we both really liked was the Oakville red priced at $80 a bottle.It just felt underwhelming considering we paid so much money in comparison to other wine tastings. I am pleased that we went as it was good to experience it but the actual wines were not all that. Also the vast majority of the rooms and areas of the castle is closed off to private tours which we were not aware of prior to our visit so it felt we had quite restricted access. At the end of our tasting we asked if we could purchase more wine to drink but they said no which we couldn't understand as the area was very quiet...

My husband and I came here for our wedding anniversary and we loved it! Do come 10-15 minutes early to get situated with parking and soaking it all in. The drive up was beautiful. Eva was our tour guide, she really educated us on the wine making process and knew her stuff. Because of the group size and large rooms outside and upstairs there were moments where it was very hard to hear her. It is a very busy place and there are constant tours taking place, one right after the other. Once we got into the castle and in smaller rooms it was much easier to hear her. The property was absolutely beautiful! It felt romantic, cozy and gave me European vibes. The wine tasting was good - the pours were a bit on the small/average size but I did enjoy the wines! If you pay extra for the chocolate at the end, it will not disappoint it was delicious! This is also a great place to take pictures with amazing views.

Winery with this majestic castle!Unfortunately it was pouring when we went but still the castle was gorgeous and decor inside was beautiful.They make American and Italian style wine and we could taste many different kinds of wine there; you can choose which wine to taste from the list and your party can choose different ones.Their wine is only consumed at this wine tasting since they have so many visitors and what they make is just enough for them. Visiting there during holiday season, the place was super crowded and the rain did not help at all. But we still had a good time.

The first and only time I have visited Helen Putnam Regional Park was over the winter season. It was a spontaneous and accidental finding. As I was trying to share the beauty within Sonoma county to my friends I ended up finding an unexpected treasure of nature.With the cold and wet season at the time, my group and I didn’t stay long nor did we explore much of the park, but what we did see was quite spectacular. There’s green hills shown in a panoramic view. The people that walk around here are so friendly. Even the people with dogs.If you decide to explore this park during the fall and winter season I would make sure to come prepared. Wear shoes that you’re okay getting muddy in and wear a warm jacket. The wind gets strong especially the higher you go.There are two entrances alongside Chileno Valley Road. The first entrance is on a black concrete road. As you drive down you will see on the right side is a line of parking spots that look toward the children’s playground. There are trees that hug this area. On the other side of these parking spots is a set of restrooms and if you walk further down you run into a walking trail. The second parking lot is all gravel and it leads straight to the main hiking trail with the wooden steps.There are nine trails total in this regional park. Some of the trails continue with the wide views of the green hills, some lead to water and ponds, and others you find yourself amongst the forest of California oak trees.The walk to Overlook Point is short and the first trail you encounter up the steps. It has the wide view of the hills. You go from the parking lot and follow on the dirt trail which then leads you up some wooden and steep steps. Once you reach the top you’re at the Overlook Point view which contains a couple of benches and picnic table next to a big and shady tree. This trail isn’t ideal for those with wheelchair disability. However, there are smoother trails that are better suited for the disabled.This park invites equestrians, cyclists, and hikers. Dogs are allowed as long as they are on a leash. There is fishing at the pond there which is called Cattail Pond.The park is open from 7am-sunset. The parking fee is $7 unless you’re a member within the Sonoma County Regional parks which in that case is free.To the beautiful people of Sonoma County and visitors abroad this 216 acre regional park is worth the short exercise and sightseeing! You will definitely find yourself with stunning views and among a kind and natured-oriented community. I would definitely put this one on the list of places to visit!

Gorgeous place for a hike, lots of optional loops you can take or not to adjust the length of your hike to the needs and desires of whoever you may be with.

My favorite hiking spot in Petaluma. Parking is easy and it’s rarely ever overly-crowded. I was SO excited to see the bathrooms are now open instead of the porta potties that were there for the last few years. There’s a lovely fishing pond with a couple of benches where you can picnic. Lots of ticks so make sure to check yourself and your furry friends. A bunch of different short trails. It’s not a very long hike whichever trail you take (I think the total distance is only 6 miles).

Unfortunately since COVID-19 this wonderful hiking park has been discovered by many. Fortunately you can hike the trails early in the morning and enjoy the quiet solitude this easy to get to park has to offer. Do stay on the trails due to the poison oak .

This park is really close to home. It is very popular with families and there are a lot of folks who use this park all the time. It is well maintained and the trails are well traveled. There is an equestrian parking lot. For me personally it is too crowded and too small. But I hike alone and prefer solitude. If you are a more social person you will love this park!

This park is wonderful for Hiking, mountain biking or Horse back riding. The trails are well maintained and have benches to sit and enjoy the views. I have been coming here for years taking my daughters fishing in the pond. Come out and enjoy the park with its abundance of wildlife and view of rolling hills. It’s so nice to have such well-maintained trails so close to home! There’s plenty of wildlife and scenery, and the trails are not too challenging! Just a step above a walk in the park. A gem!

It's a nice little park. Reminiscent of the East Bay hills, because it's somewhat on the dry side. Make sure to pay the $7 at the parking lot, or you'll be ticketed $53! (I know of which I speak...) Most trails loop around. You can't get lost there. Dogs on leash only.

Great open area for hiking and walking, some of the hillsides can be a little steep; I recommend starting at the entrance on the right. There are some wonderful views of the surrounding area. Everything was a little dry but that's to be expected at this time of year. Good views and nice people, everyone was wearing a mask :)

We went to this park on a Sunday in August. The park was mostly dry, but we enjoyed our time here. There are quite a few trails here, and the people are nice too. They’ve a parking lot here too, which I presume isn’t free. We did the panorama trail, and the smell of wood and nature took us into another world. I’ll be back here to explore other trails when I’m in Petaluma. The mobile network wasn’t available here for us(T-Mobile), and we didn’t have a car, so we had to walk some distance away from the park to book an Uber, in case that helps anyone.

Beringer wine tasting is different from most of the other wineries in the area. Usually, at other wineries, they sit you down and walk you through all the different wines (usually 3 or more) that you taste and talk about the history of the vineyard and climate and all but at Beringer, they give you one glass of wine and then you can roam around the premises and explore the area on your own. We got to pick one wine from the 4 wine options we had - white wine, rosé, pinot noir, and cabrenet sauvignon. When you walk around the premises, you can scan bar codes at different areas and learn about the history of the place. There wasn't much to explore. The main big house has wine tasting rooms inside, but those, I believe, are reserved for members. You can still go in and explore. They didn't have any charcuterie options except the two charcuterie board assortment we found in the gift shop in the refrigerator.The staff at the gift shop wasn't the most friendly.We went on a weekday so it wasn't busy. There is plenty of seating including some picnic style tables for big groups.

One of the few wineries that still let you wander the grounds without needing a reservation! The guy at the information desk was super friendly and helpful. We couldn't do a tour because we had our 11 year old with us, but we really enjoyed walking around and shopping at the gift shop.

Stumbled upon this winery while we were in between other winery visits and I’m so happy about it. SUCH a warm welcome from when we step foot on the property. Very impressive vineyard and winery, beautiful setting, but somewhat disappointing tasting. I found Napa in general to be more industrialized, touristy, and snobby. All these apply to the experience in Beringer. The tour and tasting are overpriced and not very informative. The wines are definitely overpriced. We tasted white and rose while touring and a couple of reds at the shop, it felt very rushed and impersonal. Unless you buy an overpriced bottle, nobody really cares about you.

The cave tour at Beringer Vineyards is truly exceptional. The team at the entrance is incredibly welcoming and goes the extra mile by remembering visitors' names, which adds a personal touch to the experience. The tour itself is outstanding, and the presence of the winery makes it a truly perfect outing.

I would stop here just for one glass of wine and to roam the gardens and check out the house. It’s more about the view. The house is really cool! Reminds me of maybe a haunted place that should be in a movie. We read on a blog that if you had a military ID you got a free glass of wine, but when we got there, they said that that was not true, but they honored it for us when I showed them what I had read on a Napa Valley website. So that was very nice! When you walk up and through the back garden, there’s another tasting room in the back, and then you can walk all the way over to the house through the gardens which is cool. Don’t forget to take your videos and photos!

Beautiful winery and grounds. We did the winery cave tour/tasting for my son's 21st. The tour was nice and the history very interesting, but also felt rushed, particularly the tasting parts. I was also disappointed to learn the winery is currently owned by Nestle.

One of the big 3 early vineyards in Napa 150ish years ago, Beringer has witnessed and influenced the growth of the local winemaking industry. A ton of history at this vineyard with gorgeous architecture and delicious wines. We were lucky to have Jose lead us through the winery. He has deep knowledge of the local history and the nuances of different varietals and vintages. A must see to understand the area and appreciate the craft.

I'm a Napa fan for the cool scenery and vineyards more so than the tasting, and Beringer is my favorite destination for their wine tours. Really cool to get to wander through their wine caves which are built right into the hillside. Both their gift shops are an attraction unto themselves, especially within the historic architecture. This is always a main attraction when I visit the area.

Did the cave tour. It was nice and cool on a very hot day. The tasting pours felt small, but I suppose they're supposed to be. A lady at the Rhine house came out to talk to my group and was one of the sweetest people I've met on my trip so far. The grounds were very pretty and well manicured.

Wines were good. Visited the Mansion while there. Told we could check out the first floor. Disappointed they turn it from a house to a gift shop. Excellent winery tour in Saint Helena, Napa Valley. I have an ultimately, the pleasure of tasting and learning about wine in a beautiful setting is an enjoyable and enriching experience. We visited here on a recommendation for a veranda tasting and it was simply wonderful. From the moment we checked in we were greeted warmly and asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. We explained it was our honeymoon and my the time we were seated (after a lovely stroll through the property’s gardens) there was a card on our table congratulating us! The wines were absolutely delicious and explained brilliantly. The accompanying cheeseboard is a must to include and getting to take the physical board with you as a souvenir is a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our time here and can see why it’s constantly winning awards due to the beauty of the property, the knowledge of the team and their outstanding customer service!

Cool wine tours that go through the history of wine making here since the early 1900s. Theres also an incredibly cool looking house in the vineyard. Plenty of parking.

Good place for beginner wine tasting. The vineyard is definitely small in size compared to other vineyards in Napa. The main attraction is just the main building, the cellar, and a small field of grapes. We did the taste of beringer tasting. The tour starts in the visitor center, then to the sensory garden, the to the building for tasting. Each wine had its unique flavor, paired with food, provides a food intro to wines in general.

First time in Napa , and is was one of my favorite vineyards. The experience with Jesus out tour guide was amazing . He taught a lot of wine and how each pair of food and our pallets affect each wine . The castle tour was amazing indescribable just breath taking . It’s a must to visit ! We will be back again in spring

Was a beautiful place. David, who took us on a wonderful wine tour in the “winery cave” was very passionate about his love of wine and the Beringer Vineyards.

This is one of the best vineyards and would highly recommend them for wine tasting and touring. We did their cave tour and it was out of the world exceptional. Would highly recommend having a reservation. We got delayed due to traffic and called them ahead of time and they were able to accommodate us well for our tour. Their cave tour includes three wine tastings. They do have an option of just touring the caves for non-drinkers. Their estate is one of the best for strolling around and grabbing wine from their store and relax with your sips. Plenty of outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking spots available as well. The vineyard has a long German history which was well explained by our host for the cave tour. Overall a fun experience and one of the best vineyards in Napa.

The wine tasting experience at facilities are excellent. Has was the staff. The staff was super friendly and engaging. I love that we could even try the now ripe berries. This review is not necessarily for the wine so. That's two individual.

We had an amazing time at Hall Wines. We were visiting from Florida, and experienced some great wines during our tasting. Colton provided impeccable customer service with his wine knowledge and overall attention to detail. The place has a great layout and staff are available to assist to anything quickly. The wines are as incredible and the art throughout the winery is stunning. This was truly a rememberable experience.

One of the most beautiful wineries we went to in Napa! The architecture is very modern, the grounds are tranquil and serene, and the tasting room was stunning views of their vineyard. If you are a lover of right angles and delicious wine, this winery is for you! Thwart have a great outdoor patio off of their tasting room and a great outdoor seating selection along the grass and their infinity edge fountain. We spent hours here just basking in the sun.

We went on a tour and tasting with Ron. He was very knowledgeable and the wines were very enjoyable. The winery has great art and we enjoyed the tour and wines so much, we joined the wine club. We are looking forward to going back to the members area for more wines and our future shipments.

Can't say enough good things about our experience here. We had reservations for the Hallmark tour and tasting on Easter. They had a very cute addition of a basket of eggs to their rabbit sculpture when you first enter the winery.The tour started off with a taste of the 2018 Tug of War (Zinfandel) before a short walk around the grounds where you get to learn about some of their outdoor art sculptures.After viewing some more art pieces indoors and learning more about the winery in the cellar, the experience ends with a private tasting. We initially got to taste the 2017 1873 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019 Jack's Masterpiece, and the 2017 Bergfeld. We also got extra pours of the 2018 Exzellence and their signature 2017 Kathryn Hall Cab, which was definitely our favorite of the bunch.Overall amazing Cabernet Sauvignon and a great place to bring out of town guests! As an FYI, the winery was also very dog friendly. Most groups sitting outside had dogs, and there were even 2 dogs on our tour.

I visited Hall for the Art of Cabernet Tasting Tour and the property was beautiful with art and sculptures incorporated into the decor and landscape. Sid, our guide, was very nice and gave us a quick tour of the grounds and brief history of the vineyard. The wines were good, but conversations about the pours were lackluster - probably because one of the guests were loud and obnoxious, so everyone outside of his group just kept to themselves. Not sure that our guide could have done much about the dynamic, but I also hoped to see more of the wine making process. Overall it was a good experience.

Hall wines are delicious and the tasting included some tasty cheese as well. The tour left us disappointed as it was mostly focused on the art pieces around the facility, rather than the wine making. It seems the emphasis was about how rich the owners are.

Best All Around Winery we visited over the weekend. Joego was our guide at the tasting and answered all of our questions. He was obviously knowledgeable about the wines and winemaking but also knew how to show us a good time. Taylor helped us as well! To top it off, you are surrounded by art inside and out along with the beauty of the building and natural beauty of the surroundings. We joined the wine club and will come back to St. Helena with friends and try the Rutherford tasting in the future.

We didn’t do the tin and just opted to buy a glass and sit out on the patio. Cool place!

We were very disappointed! Their tour is all about how wealthy the owners are, her political career, and detailed descriptions of their art which is displayed everywhere. That’s not what we paid for.During the tasting there was no effort to guide the group in pairing the provided cheeses, fruit and nuts with the wines, except one comment - after everyone was finished - that cheese X would have paired well with cheese Y. My money would have better spent somewhere else.

It’s NAPA so a lot of the same. Had a nice cheese plate with a tasting. Grounds are as nice as any other place. Wines were good. Some better than others but everyone has their own likes. Service was friendly.

Went to Hall winery during my wine trolley tour because one of our wineries had a blackout, the only option provided was cab sav for the tasting and I don’t drink red wine. They charged me $40 for the tasting which I never did and never provided me with any other wine tasting options. Apparently it’s $40 for the “experience”…and water.

What an amazing tour of the grounds. We ended up getting a membership which also includes exclusive wine tastings on their private patio, private events and quarterly wine allocations. We were given a tour around the grounds and even tastes some of the grapes. Really loved the architecture and artwork too. At the end of our tour we were also given a selection of cheeses and nuts in a private room. Loved how friendly and welcoming the staff was!

The sign out front says “walk-ins” welcome. A reservation is not required. However, at 3pm on Tuesday I was told you were too busy for a tasting by one of the 4 people at the front desk. There was hardly anyone there. Extremely rude. The wine is overrated.

We recently brought guests to a tasting at Hall's St. Helena winery and were fortunate to have Megan as our host. She was delightful and helped make our tasting experience extremely positive.We noticed that the number of people doing tastings seemed to be significantly fewer than we've seen on summer weekends in past years. It may be partially indicative of people being more careful with how they spend their $$, as well as the changing tastes of the Millennials and Gen Z. Since consumption of more expensive wines is down, Hall and many other wineries may need to re-think their product strategy, marketing, and pricing.Regardless, even for non-members of Hall's wine club, the tasting experience is fairly priced and Hall's staff is excellent!

I don't know what else to tell you except that I love V Sattui. Been coming here for over 20 years. They have a good store with gourmet goodies, cooked, cheeses, meets, breads, olives, etc. decently priced for the most part.Perhaps buy a bottle of wine or three in the wine tasting room. Note it costs $45 per person per tasting. And you're going to have to make reservations because they're so busy. But you can of course buy without tasting.Then take your goodies outside to their grounds where you'll find picnic tables and benches. Beautiful scenery and trees, lawns, and just pure joy.It has really changed a lot over the past 20 years. They're catered to the picnic goer and out in so much more parking and seating.They sell their standard wines as well as master class. It's really a great place to spend a few hours on a sunny weekend.

Went there two times and had great experience. All staff were nice and friendly. The environment is nice and pleasant. First time we went for wine tasting and second time we went for a picnic. Overall we all loved it. Definitely will be back and back again!

Was just a counter offering baguettes, cheese and wine with open space to picnic.Really developed, offering a wide selection of food and beverages in the deli building, wine related items and great service. Tons of picnic tables and now a beautiful venue for events. Highly popular and rightfully so!

Justin and Lorenzo were great at suggesting wines during our tasting. We were surprised how much we liked the Madeira. There was a barbecue food truck at the picnic grounds on the Saturday that we went. The grounds are beautiful!

Great experience!!! We went to a couple of different wineries in the area and this has been the best so far. Great customer service and very very very very knowledgeable about their wines. You get the opportunity to try 5 different wines at an affordable price. I came here thinking every wine tastes the same, but after leaving this tasting……….wow, my mind has changed completely. Great wine tasting and selection at V. Sattui. Lots of people were here when we went on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely make sure you have a reservation for a tasting. This place seemed very family friendly; we noticed a surprising amount of children here. Lots of parking available and is easy to navigate. Good variety of wines available here. V. Sattui will definitely have something everyone/anyone will like. Would recommend to families on vacation, couples that are just starting wine tastings and wine lovers alike.

Great wines! The person who assisted me was Carlo, he knew the wines to perfection. He asked me a couple of questions and he knew exactly which wines I would like. I enjoyed the place and almost all the wines except for the desert one, I didn't like it. I ended up tasting about 10 different wines and i was only supposed to taste 6 I believe. You also get two chocolates while wine tasting. The place has sandwiches which are make there while you look at it. The parking lot was full and it was free however I was told that you need reservations, which I already had but I thought you may like to know if you never been there. One can also get married here the place has a little area for the ceremony and reception. It has beautiful white roses, green grass, and it also has a patio area with benches where you can enjoy your sandwich and more wine of your choice. Some people were dress to impress I wear jeans, white t-shirt and sandals. 🤷🏾‍♀️ the bathrooms were clean, the place itself was clean. Enjoy and have fun!

V. Sattui is the place to go for anyone looking to hangout and have a good time! Not only do they have a wine tasting room, they also have a market and deli with a plethora of wine to choose from.Food: They have a market and deli here with sandwiches/pastas and easy eats. They also have lots of cheese, wine, and cracker choices.Atmosphere: I haven’t been to the wine tasting but I have family who went and thought it was enjoyable. I truly enjoy the outdoor seating with picnic tables under the trees. It is a beautiful and spacious area, however it does get crowded very easily as this place is incredible.Price: Prices are normal for everything here because it’s Napa Valley prices but worth it for the vibes.Parking: Parking can be tricky when it’s super busy but they have lots of parking to the side and back of the building. You don’t have to pay for parking.

Lovely winery, very relaxed with good options (deli & wine tasting). Good for first timers too :) you get to choose the 5 wines you taste from a list of over 12 wines - red, white & dessert wines. Best to make a reservation in advance.

This is one of the best wineries in the Napa Valley. The good part of this winery is they accept walk-ins. You have the option to buy wine from their store and drink in their common area even if you don’t have an appointment. Their winery tour do require appointment and would advise to get it in advance. The winery is really beautiful and plenty of seating and walking space. Their architecture is very good with plenty of parking space and overall we had a really good time.

We made a stop here whilst on our honeymoon road trip from SF to LA. We booked for the Bubble Bar tasting and it was incredible. The experience was lovely, the place was so beautiful and I must have a special mention to Denise, who works there on weekends. She truly went over and beyond to make our experience unique and incredible. Thank you so much. The bubbles were delicious, we had such a great time and even brought 2 bottles home with us!!

Currently under construction as they are making the market bigger. The market is in a temporary site. There is no access to the vineyard this time of year. Good customer service in the market store. He suggested a great bottle! Purchased cheese, cheeseboard, crackers and wine. Less great service in the wine tasting area. Said we couldn’t eat there because they didn’t have a food license. The public area tables needed to be sanitized more regularly. Cute place but not magnificent. I wasn’t blown away for my first NAPA experience. Ample parking.

We went with our friends, who are members, on Friday at 11:30 for wine tasting.My recommendation is to get a reservation on Friday as early as possible before the place was crowded.The grounds are fabulous! The wines are delicious. We ended up splitting a case with our friends.

Our wine dealer Julie is amazing. She told us a lot about the wines we tasted, the flavor profiles, and the history behind some of them! The wine is fantastic! We liked all of the ones we've tried. My favorite is the Madeira. The grounds are amazing, there's so much to look at! Great shaded areas to picnic from the cafe and drink wine. Highly recommend going here! The price was great for the quality.

An Italian style winery set in at beautiful garden. Plenty of options for different types food so you can enjoy picnic in their yards. They even have BBQ truck here. Lots of energy, vibrant and just fun for whole family.

We had a wonderful experience at V. Sattui. We did an outside, seated tasting with a cab upgrade. Not only was the tasting worth the price, we loved the venue and the expertise of the servers. The space was so welcoming and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience wine tasting. Mike F was amazing, he listened to the type of wines I love, he made great recommendations. This was definitely a personalized experience and I can’t wait to come back! make sure you get there early (10am-10:30am), less people and you can find parking. It starts to get crowded around 11:30am and parking can be difficult.Their indoor market it’s amazing: a variety of cheeses to choose from ❤️

Very nice gift shop. Deli food for sale inside including a huge variety of anything you might want for a charcuterie board or wine night. Beautiful outdoors area. Only drawback was you can't just buy a glass of wine. Either have to buy a whole bottle and drink it outdoors or purchase a tasting package at the entrance.

A nice place with lots of wine. We took the guided tour ($75 + tax and booked through their website). We were joined by another small group. The guide, Jacob, talked about the wine making process, Napa Valley, and how the winery started. We got to try 5 different wines and went to the market/grocery after to check out their selection of wine, food and other souvenirs.

They make you pay extra if you want to sit outside and don’t opt into the indoor tasting standing only IN A CONSTRUCTION TRAILER which the website does not warn you about. After the tasting, close to 7pm, the bathrooms are already locked before all patrons have left the property. No food options when doing the tasting. Again, not mentioned online at all. Seating outside was great located next to vineyard and we were next to vines, and som serving wine was friendly knowledgeable.

V Sattui was such a lovely experience for my wife, baby and I. There was lots of sitting spots in the back and in the front picnic areas. The deli is not crazy expensive and you get really good stuff. You can definitely tell ingredients are high quality. We arrived around 12:30ish on a Friday and it was already busy, so definitely our next visit will be earlier! Try the Spicy Italian sandwich 🥪 it was so goooood!

Well reviewed vineyard that makes wine accessible to the masses. You can buy the wine, some cheese and other small bites then take them out to the yard and have a picnic under the trees. Staff are friendly and helpful and it’s a lovely place to be in spring and other months when the weather isn’t too hot.

V. Sattui is probably the friendliest winery in Napa Valley. Over the past years, I've always driven there specifically for the comfortable picnic setting. Currently, the winery's grocery store is being renovated, so it's not at its best. I'm looking forward to seeing its new look on my next visit.

My most favorite winery so far. The experience was wonderful, the wines outstanding and the service is OMG I have no words. Alicia has so much knowledge and her carisma makes everything special. You sit outside and the view is amazing. They have a market where you can find delicacies, souvenirs, wines and more.

It was a shame that the market place was under construction and the container house was temporarily used as the gift shop. but this winery is my favorite. It is really inclusive and friendly. Anybody can easily walk around the garden for free.

Very nice winery. Oscar explained the history and assisted in our wine tasting. We purchased wine, bread, olive oils, and cheese. Took nice pictures. The property is amazing and great for weddings and grippy events. The staff I interacted with was Julianna, Oscar, and the cashier, who was not very pleasant after it advised her that she overcharged me for bread, had an attitude, and questioned my request. Unprofessional!Parking was adequate.

This was our favorite wine tour and tasting. The history of this place is interesting and the tour guide was fantastic! Very generous wine tasting, along with a yummy pizza and tater tots at the end.We purchased the cave tour wine tasting and it was well worth it!During our tour, they picked Cabernet grapes right off the vine and we got to eat them. OMG, they were delicious!

It is a very beautiful winery! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the staff was super courteous. The wine was very good and we even purchases a bottle that would be ready to picked up in summer. Awesome experience!

I have to say... This and their other winery (Piazza del Dotto) are real ARTWORKS compared to the other wineries in the area. These are real jewels in construction, design and details. Because details make the big difference.The wine is amazingly great (the Beast is indeed a beast of wine!), as well as the service and the staff.I truly recommend the experience to all enthusiasts of wine, design, architecture and artwork.

Wow what a wonderful first stop on my (and most of the group’s) first time to Napa! We were a group 10 celebrating a birthday. Carson was our guide and he was absolutely amazing! He had such a warm and fun attitude and was so incredibly knowledgeable. He really made the educational part of it interesting but he also let us be a little silly throughout the experience. I highly recommend requesting Carson on your next visit.The winery is so beautiful and is truly a work of art - like the Murano glass chandeliers to the marble and tiles used throughout.The wine was fantastic and was so cool to taste from the barrels via wine thief. The food after the wine tasting was a surprise and was SO good! Amazing tater tots and pizza which included some of their house made sausage. Doug gave the BEST and most educating tour of how wine is made start to finish. Highly recommend requesting him for your cave barrel tour! He was so much fun and had the answers to all our questions. Even recommended us to some amazing restaurants to try out near where we were staying.

Haven’t gone since Covid but used to frequent this winery, Linda Witted from Grgich Hills highly recommended it, and it doesn’t disappoint, not only are their wineries beautiful, but the wine is delicious! When you go to the estate winery you feel like you’re in the phantom of the opera play, when they pull back the curtain and you enter the cave with a beautiful line of chandeliers. We will be going back in 2024. Again the wine is so good! 😁🍷 Cheers

Loved our tour here. We had never been to Napa, shame on us… and Del Dotto was our first stop. What an education we were given! I highly recommend this winery, the staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We added food to our tour which was a nice ending. The caves are beautiful. We are so excited about the wine we purchased!

Very unique experience. You go into the cave and do the tasting where they use a wine thief to extract the wine directly from the barrel. After the tasting food was welcome as well (especially the tater tots).

Magnificent! My favorite winery by far not only because of the beautiful artwork, the Italian design with the underground concept but because of its cave tour that offered wine straight out of the barrels! Best wine experience and tastes. We topped it of with adding a food platter at the end, well with it to top of a great tour! A MUST do!

This place is great (both the wine and building's architecture). The tour is more of a presentation about how it came to be, Phillip is a great public speaker. Eat before coming, the wine tasting is generous, enough to get drunk. Met a guy that said he broke his glass the first time he visited, as was close to being that person too. The other great part of it is you get pizza and tater tots at the end.

Del Dotto was an unforgettable experience! Our tasting guide, Carson, made our visit exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable! We learned so much fascinating history about the area, the architecture, and the creators of the winery. We also tasted some amazing wines! We will definitely be back!

An unplanned excursion on a rainy Saturday took us here and what a great experience! From the checking complete with a nice beginning pour, tour of the caves and tasting directly from the barrels to the tasfy pizza and bites in the private room overlooking the entryway. The people were warm and friendly and the fellow tour group members a joy! Get yourself a friend with a winning membership and enjoy the full experience!!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely awesome experience! The tasting room is absolutely beautiful. The cave tour and barrel tastings were among my favorite in Napa! The wine was delicious and we could not resist bringing home several bottles. The pizza was fantastic at the end of the tour. I would encourage reservations as each tour is highly customized and space is limited.

Very nice estate, Kristy was our sommelier. She is friendly and knowledgeable. The wines tastings were great, and the snacks were tasty. We didn’t have an appointment so we couldn’t do the cave tour and tasting, but we did the tasting at the bar. We had a great time and highly recommend this winery!

Del Dotto is an exquisite winery. It was lavished in elegance and class. My fiancé surprised me with a trip to Cali for my birthday. He chose Del Dotto to sample wines for our wedding. The tour included a guide competent in Del Dotto’s history, Napa’s geographical location/agriculture, and the process involved to age Del Dotto’s wine.Throughout the tour, you’ll see the beautiful art and learn its history. While exploring the caves, the guide provides opportunities to taste the aging wine and purchase at the end! Each purchase is mailed when the wine is done undergoing fermentation. Complementary pizza and wine are provided at the end of the tour.My fiancé and I loved the experience and look forward to coming back to become members! ¡SALUD!🥂

We visited last November and what an experience. The history and design is so unique and truly captivating. We loved the wine (my husband is a wino, I’m not & this was my first Napa trip) that being said there were a couple bottles I had to buy to take with us. Bill Farmer taught me more about wine and Napa in our time there then I’ve learned in my life! It was incredible the wealth of knowledge & personableness in this man. Now he is a true gem! Incredible experience!!!

So, I have nothing to compare this to as I had never been to a winery but I absolutely loved my experience. At the very least, it’s a great winery for beginners. My husband & I were visiting Napa & Sonoma for a wedding and were able to make last-minute reservations for this wine tasting. We sat outside with views of the vineyard and tasted 5 different wines that were all wonderful. Our host was so friendly & informative. We had lots of time to look around at the vineyard outside as well as the inside. Loved the laid-back vibe with an eccentric flare! You do have an opportunity to purchase bottles of wine after the tasting but they are not pushy with the sales at all and you don’t get any kind of “stuffy” feeling….oh! And the pizza was just the cherry on top!

A friend and I had a wonderful tasting experience at Raymond today. Natalie was our server and she was so kind, attentive and generous. Definitely one of the best tasting room experiences I have ever had. An added bonus is visiting the Crystal Room to see the spectacular Baccarat chandeliers. It's cold in that room though so we were fortunate to be in a smaller room off to the side. We will definitely return to Raymond. And five additional stars go to Natalie for her excellent service.

Oh my stars—what a neat place! Che’ hosted us on a tour and this was such a unique place. She’s personable and beautiful and taught us about the wine and the region. It’s artistic and fantastic and ALIVE—highly recommend a visit. The wine was fantastic, and add in the vibe and hospitality—worth every cent!

This unfortunately was the least enjoyable stop of our stay in Napa valley. Service in the crystal cellar was less than ideal. The woman who was directing our tasting (I don’t know her name because she did not share it) was unkind/rude from start to finish. From the wine perspective we did enjoy our selections-even though she told us very little about them or the winery itself. The interior decor of the room was very unique and we enjoyed the outdoor garden. But the poor service will not lead us to buy wine or suggest others to visit.

Raymond was first on our trip to the Napa area - my husband and I came to celebrate our 10th anniversary and had our well-traveled and sweet 6 & 3 year olds with us. To our surprise many, if not, most places are 21+ which was disappointing. My husband went in and spoke to Marilyn to inquire and share our dilemma. Marilyn was incredibly nice and so accommodating and welcomed us with open arms to Raymond’s. She even made us a handwritten list of kid-friendly wineries in the area and attached it to a map. Ché guided us through our tasting and tour and was fantastic - kind, funny and knowledgeable :) the ambiance is funky and artistic and very laid back! It was the perfect afternoon for our family!

Fun interesting atmosphere. Staff was friendly. Each room was different with touch and smell sensory stations related to wine. Our wine expert was Melanie. She was knowledgeable and nice. Unfortunately they were out of alot of the wines that we would have liked to try/buy. They are dog friendly inside and outside. Only took off 1 star for poor wine selection. Only dry wines today and it wasn't my favorite.

We just had (15 August 2023) an absolutely incredible time at Raymond Vineyards in Napa Valley! The vine tasting experience hosted by the knowledgeable and wonderful gentleman, Paul, was truly unforgettable. His expertise and passion for the wines, history of the region as well of the vineyards as well as all the expertise behind made the tasting even more enjoyable. The picturesque unique setting of the vineyard added to the charm, making it a perfect day. I love the love for the crystal glass of the owners too. Where you drive out much slower than on the way in. The vineyards here and Peju are, in my opinion, 2 of the most amazing in the valley. Had to hold back tears walking the grounds. Forever fortunate for experiences like this. A MUST STOP! One word comes to mind "único" and Raymond sure is all of that and more. Kudos to Leo and all who welcomed us with open arms. #FRENCHIE

What a lovely tasting. Leona was very engaging and we tasted some lovely wines here. We joined the club and got a peek at some of the other tasting rooms (very cool!)Their club also is affiliated with many other clubs so we get privileges elsewhere.

We had an amazing experience! We did the tasting in the Crystal Room with Paul C. His knowledge of the winery and its history was impressive! He had extra time so he showed us the Dirt Room, the Velvet Room, and we were able to observe their Winemaker-for-a-day experience.Overall a fantastic day, great wine, and are now wine club members. Can’t wait to return!

We tasted wine in the Crystal Cellar. Wow! The decor is so cool, from the French crystal chandeliers and grand mirrors to the enormous stainless steel vats. We had a fantastic, knowledgeable hostess that answered all our questions and explained the biodynamic farming process used to produce some of the wines. There's a garden to walk around at your leisure, and the entire place is picturesque with lots of photo ops. Next time we visit I'll plan to stay a bit longer to take in the beauty of this vineyard. It was a very enjoyable time that I recommend highly.

Had to wait for my scheduled tasting which was no big deal but they comped the tasting and offered a discount on the wine purchases. Lily was fantastic and really made the whole experience.

Had an excellent tasting experience - including the Raymond Generations! The grounds are beautiful as well.

Very nice wines and good hosts. The cellar filled with glamarous decor and art was a fun juxtaposition and change of pace after seeing other wineries. The other tasting rooms all had their own kind of more nuanced charm. Meandering through the grounds was nice but it is sure to be nicer in the spring.

Chè was amazing, as was the wine . Take a visit you will not be disappointed !!!

We had a great time here with Che! I had us booked for a Crystal Cellar tasting, but she took us all over the property to see the history of Raymond, and taste some of the amazing wines that they make (many that aren't sold outside the winery!). We also chatted with her about the Winemaker for a Day program, which we'll be definitely doing next time we're out in Wine Country.Raymond is a fever dream; imagine a working winery crossed with Baz Lurhmann's Moulin Rouge (which was playing in the cellar as we tasted!), and that's what you're in for! However, and I can't stress this enough, it's not all show and no go -- the wines are excellent too, and that's good (there's no amount of flash and pomp that will make up for mediocre juice).Also of note, Raymond has a pretty extensive library catalog; Che was able to source us a birth-year wine for my wife, which is amazing enough in and of itself, but it also didn't cost us a fortune to get a wine with several decades of age (in fact, it cost less for us to buy that than it did to buy some current-release vintages at other wineries we visited!).
